The solar cell includes: a substrate, a tunneling dielectric layer disposed over the substrate and a doped conductive layer formed over the tunneling dielectric layer. The doped conductive layer includes main body portions and first connecting portions. Each of the main body portions extends in a first direction, and the main body portions are arranged at intervals along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. At least one first connecting portion in the first connecting portions is located between every two adjacent main body portions and in contact with each of the two adjacent main body portions. The solar cell further includes first electrodes each extending in the first direction. The first electrodes respectively correspond to the main body portions and are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and each first electrode is disposed on and electrically connected to a corresponding one of the main body portions.

Solar cell and photovoltaic module

A solar cell and a photovoltaic module are disclosed, including: a substrate; a tunneling dielectric layer and a doped conductive layer disposed on the substrate, the tunneling dielectric layer being disposed between the doped conductive layer and a surface of the substrate, the doped conductive layer having a N-type or P-type doping element and having a plurality of first heavily doped regions spaced apart from each other and extending in a first direction, a doping concentration in the first heavily doped regions being greater than that in other regions of the doped conductive layer; a passivation layer disposed on a surface of the doped conductive layer facing away from the substrate; and a plurality of electrodes spaced apart from each other, extending in a second direction and penetrating the passivation layer to contact the doped conductive layer, at least two first heavily doped regions contacting a same electrode.

A photovoltaic cell is provided, which includes: a substrate; a tunnel oxide layer and a doping conductive layer sequentially disposed on a first surface of the substrate in a direction away from the substrate, wherein the tunnel oxide layer includes nitrogen and phosphorus; a doping surface field disposed in the substrate, wherein the doping surface field is in contact with a side of the tunnel oxide layer facing the substrate, the doping surface field includes a doping element of a same conductivity type as a doping element in the substrate, and a doping concentration on a side of the doping surface field facing the tunnel oxide layer is greater than a doping concentration on a side of the doping surface field away from the tunnel oxide layer; and a metal electrode electrically connected to the doping conductive layer.

Photovoltaic cell and photovoltaic module

A photovoltaic cell is provided, including a substrate, a doped layer, a tunneling dielectric layer, doped conductive layers, first electrodes, and conductive transport layers. A doping concentration of the doped layer is greater than that of the substrate. The doped layer includes first doped regions, second doped regions and third doped regions. A doping concentration of each first doped region is less than that of each second doped region and that of each third doped region. The tunneling dielectric layer is disposed on the first and second doped regions. Each doped conductive layer is aligned with a first doped region and is disposed on a tunneling dielectric layer. Each first electrode is disposed on and electrically connected to the doped conductive layer. Each conductive transport layer is aligned with a second doped region and is disposed on the tunneling dielectric layer.

The solar cell includes: a substrate; a tunneling dielectric layer located on the first surface of the substrate; multiple doped conductive layers, where the multiple doped conductive layers are located on a surface of the tunneling dielectric layer away from the substrate, and are disposed at intervals; multiple first electrodes, where the multiple first electrodes are disposed at intervals, extend along a first direction, are arranged on a side of the multiple doped conductive layers away from the substrate, and are electrically connected to the multiple doped conductive layers; at least one conductive transport layer, where the at least one conductive transport layer is located between every two adjacent doped conductive layers in the multiple doped conductive layers, and is in contact with a side surface of the multiple doped conductive layers.
