Insulating cup includes an inner body and an outer body. The inner body has an inner sidewall defining a top opening and an inner bottom portion, and the inner sidewall includes a first circumferential rib and a second circumferential rib. The outer body has an outer sidewall surrounding at least a substantial portion of the inner sidewall and engaging the first circumferential rib and the second circumferential rib to define an insulating space therebetween, and the outer body has an outer bottom portion disposed below the inner bottom portion to define a surface-engaging edge.

An insulating lid includes a cover having an outer edge and a base. The base includes an upper surface, a lip projecting upwardly from the upper surface about an outer perimeter of the base to define an inner area, and a plurality of spacer members extending upwardly from the upper surface positioned within the inner area. A clamshell container and sauce holder for receiving a sauce container is constructed from a one-piece carton blank cut and scored to facilitate erection into a clamshell container with top and bottom portions hingedly connected along a common fold line. A bottom portion of the container includes an upper flat section extending inwardly from a bottom side wall, an integral support and a base member including a tuck flap for positioning the upper flat section. In addition, an opening is defined in the upper flat section for holding a sauce container.

A food container includes an upper portion having a generally frusto-conicle upwardly tapered food containing portion which is adapted to be superimposed on a cover of a beverage container with the cover serving as a base. The food container also includes an integral lower portion for encircling a beverage container below its cover and wherein the upper portion includes a cover engaging portion which extends over only a portion of the cover.

A foldable food tray with an integrally formed condiment pocket coextensive with one wall of the tray and defined by a movable partition panel pivotal between a first closed position for foldable collapsing of the pocket with the tray, and a second open position engaged between opposed tray walls to define the pocket and preclude an inward folding of the pocket and tray.

A food tray for holding food and a condiment is formed from a unitary paperboard blank. The food tray has a food compartment and a condiment compartment, and the condiment compartment is deployable from a stowed position overlaying one or more sidewalls of the food compartment to a deployed position for holding condiments. Multiple trays can be stacked in a nested fashion when the condiment compartment is stowed.

A collapsible, conical food scoop formed from a unitary blank of flexible material is disclosed which includes a first, food compartment and a second, condiment compartment. The condiment compartment is formed from a panel of material connected between first and second locations on the interior wall of the first compartment, and shifts between a first position overlaying the interior side wall of the food scoop when the scoop is collapsed and a second position spaced apart from the interior side wall for holding a condiment when the scoop is opened for use.

An improved sleeve for insulating a user's hand from a hot beverage cup is disclosed that includes first and second wing portions extending outwardly from the container side wall and spaced apart therefrom by spacer elements to form air gaps between the wing portion and the cup. A blank for forming the subject sleeve is also disclosed.

A food scoop having a holder for a condiment receptacle is disclosed. The holder and food scoop are formed from a unitary blank of material and the holder forms a continuation of the side wall of the scoop to allow for stacking and storage until the holder is deployed for use. After deployment, the holder securely retains a condiment receptacle and resists the forces applied to the receptacle during use. A blank for forming the food scoop and holder is also disclosed.

A take-out carrier wherein the compartments thereof are divided by a partition wall secured, only in the fully erected position of the carrier, by complementary cohesive coatings on the partition wall flange and the bottom panel of the carrier, the carrier, prior to alignment of the cohesive coatings, being collapsible for stacking and storage.

A french fry carton with front and rear face panels and a pair of overlay panels positioned over one of the face panels and including a pair of transversely aligned tear-out sections with partially concealed access tabs available only upon an erection of the carton from its folded stored position to its open in-use position, the tear-out sections providing for the selected disclosure of hidden prize or promotional materials.
