A processing cartridge can be detachably installed in an electronic image forming device, where a protrusion capable of extending and retracting along a vertical direction is disposed inside the electronic image forming device. The processing cartridge includes a toner container and a waste toner container; and a movable element disposed at the lower side of the processing cartridge. The processing cartridge further includes a detachment preventing portion; the movable element is disposed with an abutting portion; and the abutting portion is capable of being abutted against the detachment preventing portion to prevent the movable element being disengaged. The processing cartridge further includes an elastic element; and the elastic element is configured to move the movable element toward the lower side of the processing cartridge.

Processing cartridge

A developing cartridge includes: a cartridge containing a developer and including a first side wall and a second side wall positioned opposite to each other along a first direction; a power reception member configured to receive a driving power and positioned at the first side wall; a developing roller rotatable about a first axis extending in the first direction; and an activation member including a movable member and a detection protrusion positioned at the second side wall. The movable member rotates around a second axis in a second direction, the first direction and the second direction intersect with each other, and the detection protrusion moves as the movable member moves.

Developing cartridge and electronic imaging apparatus

The present disclosure provides a process cartridge. The process cartridge includes a drum unit, including a photosensitive drum; a developing unit, including a developing roller, where the developing unit is capable of moving relative to the drum unit between a first position where the developing roller is in contact with the photosensitive drum and a second position where the developing roller is separated from the photosensitive drum; a first force-receiving part, configured to receive a rotational driving force to be transmitted to the photosensitive drum; a second force-receiving part, configured to receive the rotational driving force to be transmitted to the developing roller; and a driving-side end cover, where the driving-side end cover includes a hole and a notch portion, a portion of the first force-receiving part is exposed through the hole, and a portion of the second force-receiving part is exposed through the notch portion.

Process cartridge

A toner cartridge detachably installed in an electronic imaging device is provided. The electronic imaging device includes a developer replenishing device that includes a developer receiving component and the developer receiving component includes a movable connection component and a receiving port. The toner cartridge includes a cartridge body used for storing developer and a toner discharge structure connected to a toner discharge end of the cartridge body for discharging the developer from the toner cartridge. The toner discharge structure includes a fixed toner discharge plate, a guide component and a toner outlet. The guide component has a first end component and a second end component. The toner discharge structure further includes a holding component. When the toner cartridge is installed in the electronic imaging device, the connection component moves from the guide component to the holding component relative to the guide component.

Toner cartridge having alleviated toner scattering

A developing cartridge and an electronic imaging apparatus, where the developing cartridge is detachable installed in the electronic imaging apparatus, and includes a cartridge, a power reception member, a rotary member and an activation member; the cartridge includes a first side wall and a second side wall provided opposite to each other along a first direction, where a power reception member is located at the first side wall, a rotary member is installed between the first side wall and the second side wall, one end of the rotary member is provided with a first gear, and the other end of the rotary member is provided with a second gear, an activation member is located at the second side wall; and the activation member includes a movable member and a trigger part provided at the movable member.

A process cartridge is provided. The process cartridge is detachably mounted in an image formation apparatus configured with a power output unit that is swingable, an outer circumference of the power output unit contains a recessed portion. The process cartridge includes: a power receiving unit, comprising a wheel hub and a power receiving member connected with the wheel hub, the power receiving member being engaged with the power output unit to receive a driving force; where the wheel hub comprises a hollow cylinder portion accommodating the power output unit; where the power receiving member includes a fixing protrusion, the fixing protrusion is engaged with the recessed portion of the power output unit to receive the driving force; where the power receiving unit further comprises a bias part, the bias part applies a bias force to drive the power output unit to move to engage with the fixing protrusion.

Power receiving unit, rotating component, process cartridge, and assembly and disassembly methods thereof

Power receiving unit and process cartridge are provided. The power receiving unit of a process cartridge is detachably mounted in an image formation apparatus configured with a power output unit that is swingable. An outer circumference of the power output unit contains a recessed portion, and the power receiving unit is engaged with the power output unit to receive a driving force. The power receiving unit includes a protrusion. The protrusion is disposed inside the power receiving unit. The protrusion is engaged with the recessed portion of the power output unit to receive the driving force. When the power receiving unit moves along an axial direction thereof and is in a contact engagement with the power output unit, the protrusion abuts against a front end of the power output unit to cause the power output unit to be tilted and swung.

Power receiving unit and process cartridge

A toner discharging structure and a toner cartridge are provided. The toner discharging structure cooperatively couples with a cartridge body to form a toner cartridge used in an electronic imaging device. The toner discharging structure includes: an accelerating structure, blowing blades, a toner mixing unit, and a toner discharging unit. One end of the accelerating structure is connected to the cartridge body. The blowing blades are connected to another end of the accelerating structure to allow a rotation speed of the blowing blades greater than a rotation speed of the cartridge body. The toner mixing unit is connected to the cartridge body, for receiving wind generated by the blowing blades. The toner discharging unit includes a toner outlet connected to the toner mixing unit.

Toner discharging structure and toner cartridge

A processing cartridge is provided. The processing cartridge can be detachably mounted in an electronic imaging device including a driving component for transmitting rotating force. The processing cartridge includes a housing and a force receiving element. The force receiving element including force receiving parts is disposed at one side of the housing and is rotatably supported by the housing. The force receiving parts are disposed at an end portion of the force receiving element along a circumferential direction of the force receiving element and protrude in a direction of a rotation axis of the force receiving element. When the processing cartridge is mounted in the electronic imaging device along a predetermined mounting direction, the force receiving parts and the driving component are engaged with each other to transmit the force.

Power receiving unit, rotating component, process cartridge, and assembly and disassembly methods thereof are provided. The process cartridge is detachably mounted in an image formation apparatus configured with a swingable power output unit, an outer circumference of the power output unit contains a recessed portion, and the power receiving unit is engaged with the power output unit to receive a driving force. The power receiving unit comprises a wheel hub, a power receiving part, and a bias part. The wheel hub is disposed on an end of a rotating component in the process cartridge. The power receiving part includes a fixing protrusion and a notch that are oppositely disposed, the fixing protrusion is inserted into the recessed portion, and the notch provides a swinging space for the power output unit. The bias part provides a bias force toward the fixing protrusion for the power output unit.

A force receiving part and a toner cartridge are provided in the present disclosure. The toner cartridge includes a toner cartridge body and the force receiving part. The force receiving part is configured to receive a force from the image forming device and transmit the force to the toner cartridge body. The force receiving part includes a moving element, a receiving element for receiving the force, and a transmission element for transmitting the force. After the toner cartridge is installed on the image forming device, the force receiving part provided in the present disclosure enables automatic generation of an outlet for flowing out the toner when in use and for preventing the toner from flowing out by closing the outlet when not in use, which prevents the contamination and damage due to the developer leakage in the toner cartridge.

Force receiving part and toner cartridge

The present disclosure provides a process cartridge detachably mountable to an electrophotographic image forming device. The process cartridge includes a housing, a coupling component provided at one end of the housing for receiving rotational driving force from a driving head inside the electrophotographic image forming device, and a limiting protrusion provided at the other end of the housing. The limiting protrusion abuts a lateral wall in the electrophotographic image forming device when the process cartridge is installed into the electrophotographic image forming device, and a guiding surface is provided at the limiting protrusion. Further, the guiding surface abuts the lateral wall in the electrophotographic image forming device, and a rotational axis of the coupling component inclines with respect to a rotational axis of the driving head when the process cartridge is detached from the electrophotographic image forming device.

Detachably mountable process cartridge with a rotational force driving assembly

The present invention relates to a rotational force driving assembly and a process cartridge used for being engaged with a rotational force driving head inside an electrophotographic image forming device. The rotational force driving assembly can comprise a hub, a rotational force receiving component, a side plate, and an axis offset adjusting mechanism. When the axis offset adjusting mechanism is not subjected to external force, the axis offset adjusting mechanism enables the axis of the rotational force receiving component to be parallel and offset to the axis of the hub. When the axis offset adjusting mechanism is subjected to external force, the rotational force receiving component extends out to be engaged with the rotational force driving head.
