In particular, provided are crystal forms A, B, C, D, E, and F of a compound as shown in formula (I) and a preparation method therefor. Crystal forms A, B, C, D, E, and F of the compound of formula (I) obtained in the present disclosure have good crystal stability and chemical stability, and can be better used in clinical treatment.
