The sub-pixel array includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel that are capable of emitting light of different colors. The plurality of photosensitive units are disposed under gaps of the sub-pixel array. Each of the plurality of photosensitive units includes a photosensitive device, and the photosensitive device includes a photosensitive layer; and an orthographic projection of the photosensitive layer in the photosensitive device on a panel surface of the display panel has overlapping regions with orthographic projections of the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel and the third sub-pixel on the panel surface of the display panel.

The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic sensor, a method for driving the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. The ultrasonic sensor includes a back plate, a sounding structure on the back plate and a backing layer on a side of the sounding structure distal to the back plate; the sounding structure includes a plurality of emitting electrodes, an opposite electrode, a piezoelectric layer and a plurality of signal leads, and the plurality of emitting electrodes and the opposite electrode are respectively arranged on two sides of the piezoelectric layer; and the plurality of emitting electrodes are arranged in an array, and each of the emitting electrodes is individually coupled to one of the signal leads. The ultrasonic sensor may achieve an independent control for each patterned electrode such that the ultrasonic sensor may be used as a point sound source.

The temperature of the organic light-emitting display panel can be detected in a pre-set detection period by arranging a temperature detection and compensation module, when it is determined that the temperature of the organic light-emitting display panel is not within a pre-set temperature range, a temperature compensation voltage corresponding to the organic light-emitting display panel is determined according to the detected temperature of the organic light-emitting display panel; and when each light-emitting device emits light, the determined temperature compensation voltage is applied to an anode of the light-emitting device that emits light so as to carry out voltage compensation on an anode voltage of the light-emitting device.

The present disclosure provides a fingerprint identification structure and a display device. The fingerprint identification structure includes an acoustic wave emitter, a focus acoustic lens, and a sound wave receiver. The acoustic lens are between the acoustic wave emitter and the sound wave receiver, the acoustic wave emitter is at a focal position of the acoustic lens and configured to emit acoustic wave toward the acoustic lens, the acoustic wave receiver is configured to detect the intensity distribution of the acoustic wave emitted by the acoustic wave emitter after the acoustic wave sequentially passes through the acoustic lens and the acoustic wave receiver, reaches the surface of the finger and is reflected back by the surface of the finger. The fingerprint recognition structure improves design flexibility.

A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit include a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.

A method for fabricating a touch display substrate and a touch display substrate are provided to solve the problem that existing touch electrodes of the micron-scale line width cannot meet the high PPI requirement. The present disclosure has the advantages of a rational structural design, reliable and stable operation, a low operation and maintenance cost and high automaticity and intelligence, and being suitable for the use and transformation requirements of a wide range of sewage treatment plants, etc.

The fingerprint identification panel includes an encapsulation layer, a light emitting element, a light sensing element and a dielectric layer.
