A display module, a manufacturing method thereof and a display apparatus are provided. The display module includes a substrate, a display function layer, a support layer, a buffer layer and a first adhesive layer, wherein the substrate includes a display section and an extending section that are arranged oppositely, and a bending section that is bent to connect the display section and the extending section and is located in the non-display region. A distance from an end of the first adhesive layer away from the non-display region to the non-display region is greater than or equal to a distance from an end of the buffer layer away from the non-display region to the non-display region.

Display module and manufacturing method thereof, and display apparatus

The present application provides a display device. The display device includes a display panel, an adhesive layer, and a heat dissipation buffer layer. The adhesive layer in the present application is arranged between a display portion and a bonding portion. The heat dissipation buffer layer is arranged at one side of the display portion of the display panel facing the bonding portion. A projection of the heat dissipation buffer layer projected on the display portion does not overlap a projection of the adhesive layer projected on the display portion.

A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display panel includes a non-display area which is provided with a bending area. The bending area includes a substrate layer, a metal wiring layer, and a first planarization layer sequentially disposed. A groove is defined on a surface of the substrate layer away from the metal wiring layer, where a groove wall of the groove extends along a curved surface or a flat surface to a groove bottom of the groove to let an orthographic projection of the groove bottom of the groove on the substrate layer fall within an orthographic projection of an opening of the groove on the substrate layer, so that the metal wiring layer is located in a neutral layer or close to the neutral layer.

A flexible display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The flexible display device includes a flexible display panel, wherein the flexible display panel is bent at a preset position to form a first plane part, a bending part, and a second plane part, the preset position includes a first bending point and a second bending point, a distance between the first bending point and the second bending point is H, a middle point of a line formed by connecting the first bending point and the second bending point is located on a bending axis of the bending part, and a radius of curvature of at least one point on the bending part is greater than H/2.
