A phase-shift unit includes: a first substrate and a second substrate provided opposite to each other; a medium layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate; a microstrip line disposed at a side of the second substrate facing towards the first substrate; and a grounding layer provided at a side of the first substrate facing towards the second substrate and formed with a via hole; wherein a projection of the via hole onto the second substrate and a projection of the microstrip line onto the second substrate have an overlapped area therebetween; and wherein the via hole is configured to feed a phase-shifted microwave signal out of the phase-shift unit, or feed a microwave signal into the phase-shift unit such that the microwave signal is phase-shifted.

A sample testing apparatus for characterizing at least one target molecule in a testing sample includes a substrate and at least one detection device over the substrate. Each detection device includes a plurality of electrodes, a plurality of data lines, and a probe. Each electrode is configured, upon reaction of the probe with one of the at least one target molecule, to sense an electrical signal, and then to transmit the electrical signal via the one data line. Each data line includes a first film layer and at least one other film layer disposed over the first film layer. The first film layer can be at a substantially same layer, and have a first composition substantially same, as the electrodes. One or more of the at least one other film layer can have a composition having a relatively lower electric resistance than the first composition.

The medical detection substrate includes: a substrate, and a detection unit on the substrate; the detection unit includes two groups of test electrodes, the substrate includes a plurality of recessed portions, and the at least two groups of test electrodes are located in the plurality of recessed portions and spaced apart by insulation bank portions. The two groups of test electrodes are insulated and spaced apart by the insulation bank portions, so as to effectively avoid a transverse interference electric field to be generated between the two groups of test electrodes, thereby effectively improving the detection accuracy and sensitivity of the medical detection substrate, and providing a reliable basis for disease diagnosis.

A method for manufacturing a ray detector array substrate is provided, comprising: forming a thin film transistor, a first data line and a receiving electrode on a base substrate; forming a first passivation layer on the base substrate; forming a first via hole and a second via hole in regions of the first passivation layer corresponding to the first data line and the receiving electrode, respectively; forming a photoelectric conversion layer covering the first passivation layer on the base substrate, the first via hole and the second via hole being filled with a material of the photoelectric conversion layer; etching the photoelectric conversion layer to retain a first portion of the photoelectric conversion layer inside the first via hole, and a second portion of the photoelectric conversion layer above and corresponding to the second via hole.

In one embodiment, the phase-shift unit includes a first substrate and a second substrate assembled to each other; a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate; a microstrip line provided at a side of the second substrate facing towards the liquid crystal layer, and configured for receiving a voltage signal that controls deflection of liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer and for receiving or transmitting an electromagnetic wave signal; and a grounding layer provided on the first substrate and including a via hole corresponding to the microstrip line.
