A throttling device, including a tank for accommodating liquid refrigerant, with an orifice plate arranged at an outlet of the tank; a floating ball capable of floating on a liquid surface of the refrigerant; a pivot rod pivotally fixed on the tank through a pivot shaft; a connecting rod, with one end thereof fixedly connected with the floating ball, and the other end thereof fixedly connected with the pivot rod; a valve plate fixed on the pivot rod and located near an orifice of the orifice plate, wherein the valve plate is capable of adjusting a flow area of the orifice under the action of the pivot rod; and a limit piece located above the valve plate and being movable to limit the valve plate.

An economizer and an air conditioning system. The economizer includes a housing with a refrigerant inlet for connecting to a first heat exchanger, a refrigerant outlet for connecting to a second heat exchanger, and a suction port for connecting to an intermediate stage of a compressor provided thereon; and a choke portion configured to protrude inwardly from an inner wall of the housing and arranged close to the suction port, such that refrigerant flowing to the suction port is at least partially obstructed. According to the technical solutions of the present application, the refrigerant flowing to the suction port can be at least partially obstructed. When the liquid droplets carried by the refrigerant are obstructed by the choke portion, the liquid droplets are adsorbed on the wall surface to form a liquid film, and the movement of the liquid film is obstructed by the choke portion.

Economizer and air conditioning system

An evaporator and a baffle structure thereof are disclosed by the present application. The baffle structure is configured to block liquid droplets in a gas, and includes: a bottom portion extending in a first direction and side portions extending from the bottom portion in a direction intersecting the first direction; and a liquid blocking region provided on the side portions, the liquid blocking region being provided therein with a plurality of holes penetrating the side portions to allow gas to pass through the holes.

Evaporator and baffle thereof

A refrigeration system, including: a compressor, a condenser, an economizer, a throttle valve, and an evaporator which are connected via a pipeline; and a pneumatic valve that includes a valve body and a drive gas phase refrigerant chamber, an gas phase refrigerant outlet of the economizer being connected to an interstage gas phase refrigerant inlet of the compressor via the valve body, and the drive gas phase refrigerant chamber being connected to a low pressure portion of the refrigeration system via a first gas phase refrigerant path, the lower pressure portion having a pressure lower than that in the economizer; wherein a first valve for controlling on/off of the first gas phase refrigerant path is disposed on the first gas phase refrigerant path. The refrigeration system can avoid liquid phase refrigerant accumulated in the economizer from entering the compressor during start to cause a liquid impact problem.
