A system and method for efficiently routing scan data between two dies used in three-dimensional packaging are described. In various implementations, a computing system includes at least a first semiconductor die (or first die) and a second die connected to one another within a three-dimensional (3D) package. The first die and the second die have multiple non-scan input/output (I/O) data channels between them for data transfer. The non-scan I/O data channels are partitioned into groups. The first die receives a given scan input data bit for testing a device under test (DUT) on the second die. The first die selects a first group of non-scan I/O data channels, and sends, to the second die, a copy of the given scan input data bit on each non-scan I/O data channel of the first group. The second die uses a voter circuit to determine the value of the given scan input data bit.

The present invention provides a safety device for elevators, which belongs to the field of elevator safety technologies. The safety device for elevators includes a housing; a safety piece having a guide rail groove, the safety piece being disposed in the housing; and asymmetric active and counter wedges that are slidably disposed on the safety piece at both sides of the guide rail groove, respectively. Moreover, the device further includes a U-shaped elastic element and a blocking piece that are disposed on the safety piece. Embodiments of an application crash resist method and apparatus including an abnormal application termination service and an exception handler are disclosed herein. The service is configured to broadcast messages to cause the exception handler to be loaded by applications, and the exception handler is configured to stall abnormal termination of an application having loaded an instance of the exception handler. In various embodiments, the exception handler instances further report abnormal terminations to the service, and to receive instructions on how long to stall from the service.
