The invention provides a fluorine-containing graft copolymer, and a preparation method and use thereof. The method includes the following steps: under a protective atmosphere, reacting a compound of Formula (I) and a compound of Formula (II) in a first organic solvent in the presence of a catalyst and a ligand at 20-30° C., to obtain the fluorine-containing graft copolymers of Formula (III) after complete reaction. The compounds of Formulas (I) and (II), and the fluorine-containing graft copolymer of Formula (III) have a structural formula shown below: and the compound of Formula (II) comprises a polyethylene glycol segment and a terminal alkynyl group, wherein a=4-8; b=6-8; n=1-20; and m=3-22. In the present invention, a graft copolymer of a main-chain-type 'semi-fluorinated' alternating copolymer is obtained for the first time by post-polymerization modification using a reactive functional group contained in the main-chain-type “semi-fluorinated” alternating copolymers.

Fluorine-containing graft copolymer, and preparation method and use thereof

The invention provides a living radical polymerization method using a zinc phthalocyanine dye as a near-infrared photocatalyst, including subjecting a free radical polymerizable monomer to a near-infrared light-controlled polymerization reaction, in the presence of a chain transfer agent, a cocatalyst and a zinc phthalocyanine dye containing a carbon-carbon double bond, in a solvent at 0-30° C. under the air atmosphere, to obtain a living radical polymerization product. The free radical polymerizable monomer is an acrylate monomer, a methacrylate monomer, an acrylamide monomer or a methacrylamide monomer; the chain transfer agent includes a thiocarbonate; and the cocatalyst includes an organic amine with or without a carbon-carbon double bond. A near-infrared light-responsive functional zinc phthalocyanine dye is used as a near-infrared photocatalyst for the polymerization reaction, and after the polymerization is completed, the polymerizable zinc phthalocyanine dye remains on the polymer chain by polymerization, thereby realizing the cyclic utilization of the near-infrared photocatalyst.

Living radical polymerization method using zinc phthalocyanine dye as near-infrared photocatalyst

The present invention provides a 'living' radical polymerization method for a vinyl monomer by near-infrared photothermal conversion. The method comprises irradiating a reactor with near-infrared light of 750-850 nm, wherein the reactor has a first chamber and a second chamber that are isolated from each other, the first chamber contains an organic solution of a near-infrared light responsive croconaine dye, and the second chamber is provided with a closed reaction flask containing a reaction solution, the reaction solution comprises a vinyl monomer, two or more of an ATRP initiator, an ATRP ligand, an ATRP catalyst, an RAFT reagent, a thermal initiator, and an additive, and an organic solvent; and the near-infrared light responsive dye converts the near-infrared light into heat energy, by which the reactor is heated to 50-100° C. to polymerize the monomer in the reaction solution, to obtain polymers with controlled molecular weights and molecular weight distributions.

'Living' radical polymerization method for vinyl monomer by near-infrared photothermal conversion

The present invention provides a fluorine-containing liquid crystal polymer of Formula (1). The present invention also discloses a fluorine-containing liquid crystal elastomer, which comprises a copolymer of a fluorine-containing liquid crystal polymer of Formula (1) with a near-infrared dye of Formula (2). The fluorine-containing liquid crystal elastomer of the present invention shrinks due to the photothermal conversion effect of the material under the irradiation of near-infrared light, and thus is widely applicable to the field of actuators. The fluorine-containing liquid crystal polymer of the present invention introduces fluorine-containing segments into the cross-linked network of the liquid crystal polymer, to improve the mechanical performance of the material, and greatly extend the service time of light-controlled actuators.
