A pilot device for a hydraulic directional valve includes a displacement sensor, a pilot valve, an actuating device, a coil assembly, and a circuit board. The displacement sensor has a sensor axis and the pilot valve has a valve axis. The valve axis and the sensor axis are arranged substantially parallel to one another so as to lie in a reference plane. The actuating device and the coil assembly are arranged adjacent to one another. The circuit board is arranged parallel to the reference plane. In each case, to establish an electrical contact, the coil assembly, the actuating device, and an electrical plug connection are either soldered directly to the circuit board or are in breakable electrical contact with a respectively associated, rigid contact assembly. The contact assembly is soldered directly to the circuit board.

Pilot device for a directional valve without internal cable connections

A pressure regulating valve includes a housing, control slide valve, coupling rod, armature, outlet port, and pressure transmission pin. The armature demarcates a first fluid space and a second fluid space from each other. The rod extends with a constant first outer cross-sectional shape in a direction of a longitudinal axis, and at least partially demarcates a third fluid space that fluidically connects the first fluid space to the outlet port. The pin extends with a constant second outer cross-sectional shape in the direction of the longitudinal axis, and at least partially delimits the third fluid space. The pin is positioned so that one end facing toward the armature projects into the control slide valve, and another end facing away from the armature is at least indirectly supported against the housing. A hydraulically effective area of the second shape is larger than a hydraulically effective area of the first shape.

Pressure regulating valve with pressure transmission pin

A valve includes a housing, in which a first valve body is accommodated so that it is moveable in a direction of a longitudinal axis, a first valve seat configured to be closed by the first valve body and arranged on the housing, a first fluid flow path extending from a first connection via the first valve seat to a second connection, a second valve seat closeable by a moveable second valve body, the second valve body formed separately from the first valve body, a second fluid flow path extending from the first connection via a bypass duct in the first valve body, onwards via the second valve seat to the second connection, so that pressure at the first connection is limited upwardly by the first and the second valve body in that hydraulic fluid is led to the second connection via the first fluid flow path.

Pilot-operated pressure relief valve with lateral pressure connection

A pressure reducing valve includes main and pilot valves. The pilot valve is configured to regulate a pilot pressure, and includes pilot, drain, and first control-oil ports, a first opening cross section between the first control-oil and pilot ports, a second opening cross section between the pilot and drain ports; and a pilot part. The pilot part is configured to keep the pilot pressure at least substantially constant and control the first and second opening cross sections to be open during a pressure control operation. The main valve is fluidically connected to the pilot port and includes a second control-oil port, an outlet port, a third opening cross section between the second control-oil port and the outlet port, and a control part configured to control the third opening cross section based on the pilot pressure.

Pressure reducing valve

A connector for electrical supply of a unit of the hydraulics which can be arranged or is arranged at a casing of such unit. Thereby at least one current path penetrates a connector bottom of the connector and the connector bottom is sealed with a silicone-containing compound against penetrating moisture in an area of this passage. The compound is an adhesive having high adhesive forces. A casing of a unit of the hydraulics can include such connector. A method of sealing a connector bottom of a connector penetrated by a current path is disclosed via which connector a unit of the hydraulics is adapted to be electrically supplied, the method includes a step of sealing a passage of the current path through the connector bottom with silicone-containing adhesive.

Sealed connector and method of sealing a connector

A steplessly adjustable hydraulic insert valve has a housing defining a radial direction and an end side in an installation direction. An inflow connector on the end side is connectable to a pressure medium source. First and second working connectors and a return connector are arranged in the radial direction. The return connector is connectable to a pressure medium tank. The housing has an axial bore and an actuator guided movably therein. The actuator can be held in an axial center position by at least one spring and is adjustable steplessly axially out of the center position by controllable actuation. At least one of the working connectors is fluidically connectable to the return connector by axial adjustment of the actuator. The actuator has a radial widened portion with first and second control edges for steplessly opening and/or closing first and second radial openings, respectively, of the return connector.

Steplessly adjustable hydraulic insert valve

A hydraulic control valve has a solenoid with a coil having an interior. The solenoid also has a pole shoe inserted partially into the interior of the coil, wherein the interior of the coil defines an armature chamber and wherein the pole shoe delimits the armature chamber axially. The solenoid also has an armature arranged in the armature chamber and moveable in the armature chamber relative to the coil. The solenoid further has an armature plunger connected to the armature, wherein the pole shoe has a central bore and wherein the armature plunger is received in the central bore and penetrates the pole shoe. A hydraulic part with a valve housing formed as a mounting bushing and resting against the pole shoe is provided. The valve housing has an axial valve bore. The hydraulic part also has a low pressure area surrounding the valve housing, wherein the valve housing has at least one radial bore connecting the axial valve bore with the low pressure area. The hydraulic part has a valve slide slidably arranged in the valve bore and configured to be moved by the armature via the armature plunger. Between the pole shoe and the valve housing a fluid chamber is formed, wherein the fluid chamber has a fluid connection with the armature chamber and with the low pressure area. The fluid connection is located external to the at least one radial bore.
