A display device including three sequentially stacked layers of cholesteric liquid crystal cell, where each layer of cholesteric liquid crystal cell includes a cholesteric liquid crystal layer and a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer arranged on two sides of the cholesteric liquid crystal layer respectively, the first electrode layer includes multiple first electrode strips, the second electrode layer includes multiple second electrode strip, along a thickness direction of the three layers of cholesteric liquid crystal cell, the first electrode strips from different first electrode layers are disposed one to one and electrically connected, and the second electrode strips from different second electrode layers are disposed one to one and connected in parallel; the display device further includes an array transistor layer, and each of the second electrode strips in the three layers of cholesteric liquid crystal cell is connected in series with the array transistor layer.

Display device

An array substrate includes a base, an integrated driver chip, multiple data lines, scan lines, first connection lines, second connection lines, and third connection lines. The third connection lines are disposed in a different layer than the scan lines. Two ends of each first connection line are connected to the integrated driver chip the corresponding data line, respectively. Two end of each second connection line are connected to the integrated driver chip and the corresponding scan line, respectively. Two ends of each third connection line are connected to the integrated driver chip and the other end of the corresponding scan line, respectively. Each scan line is connected to one respective second connection line and one respective third connection line. Each second connection line is entirely disposed in the non-display area. Each third connection line is partially disposed in the fan-out area, and partially disposed in the display area.

Array substrate and display panel

A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a substrate, a light-emitting element, a pixel defining layer corresponding to a non-opening area, an encapsulation layer used to cover the light-emitting element and the pixel defining layer, and an electrically controlled capsule layer including an electrically controlled capsule arranged in an opening area. There are multiple positively or negatively charged black particles inside each electrically controlled capsule. When the light-emitting element emits light or doesn't emit light, the electrically controlled capsule at the corresponding position is in a first state or a second state, respectively. The first state is a light-transmitting state, in which black particles are located on both sides of a light exit surface of the electrically controlled capsule. The second state is a non-light-transmitting state, in which the black particles are located on a light exit surface of the electrically controlled capsule.

A display device includes a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, a plurality of magnetic nano particles are provided within the LCD panel, and the display device further includes an alternating current (AC) power supply assembly and a first electromagnet; and the first electromagnet is provided on at least a side of the LCD panel, and connected to the AC power supply assembly. The magnetic nano particles are located within an area covered by the alternating magnetic field and can generate heat under the alternating magnetic field, to improve a poor display in the low temperature.

A compensation circuit and a display device. The compensation circuit includes a timing controller, a power management circuit, an operational amplifier circuit, and a delay circuit. The delay circuit is configured to prolong a time duration of the operational amplifier circuit in the operating state in a first stage, and the delay circuit controls the operational amplifier circuit to stop operation when the delay circuit is able to stably output a common voltage to the display panel. A time duration of outputting the common voltage to the display panel is prolonged in a second stage. When the operational amplifier circuit is in the operation state, the delay circuit stops outputting the common voltage to the display panel.

Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a display pane. Multiple pixel electrode branches in a corresponding one of the pixel regions are divided into a first pixel electrode branch and a second pixel electrode branch by a corresponding one of the metal common electrodes. The first pixel electrode branch and the second pixel electrode branch, which are located in the same pixel regions, are connected to different TFTs. In each pixel region, an end of the first pixel electrode branch close to a corresponding one of the scan lines is connected to a corresponding one of the TFTs, and an end of the second pixel electrode branch close to another corresponding one of the scan lines is connected to another corresponding one of the TFTs.

The present disclosure provides a display panel, a driving method therefor, and an electronic device. The display panel includes multiple second scan lines, a pixel circuit further includes a second switch unit and a neutralizing capacitor, a control end of the second switch unit is electrically connected to a second scan line, a first terminal of the second switch unit is electrically connected to a second terminal of a first switch unit, and a second terminal of the second switch unit is electrically connected to one terminal of the neutralizing capacitor, and the other end of the neutralizing capacitor is electrically connected to a second common electrode. A backlight module and a display device are disclosed. The backlight module includes: a light guide plate that provides a surface light surface for the display panel and that has a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface, where the first surface is a light-emitting surface, and where the light incident surface connects the first and second surfaces together; a light source disposed on the light incident surface of the light guide plate and used to provide a linear light source for the light guide plate; a light absorbing and reflecting film layer disposed on the second surface of the light guide plate and used for absorbing light and reflecting blue light; and a first reflective sheet disposed on a side of the light absorbing and reflecting film layer facing away from the light guide plate.

A method for manufacturing a data line includes: forming a conductive layer on a substrate; forming a photoresist layer on a side of the conductive layer away from the substrate; exposing and then developing the photoresist layer to form a groove penetrating the photoresist layer, thus obtaining a patterned photoresist layer; and depositing a functional material electrochemically on the patterned photoresist layer, then removing the patterned photoresist layer to obtain the conductive layer with the patterned functional material layer, thereby obtaining the data line.

An opening size of the third groove is greater than opening sizes of the at least one first groove and the at least one second groove. The first groove penetrates through the passivation layer and extends to the first conductive layer.
