A touch panel, comprises a substrate, a sensing layer disposed on the substrate, wherein the sensing layer includes a plurality of electrode patterns disposed on at least one surface of the substrate, and arranged in interval; an optical matching glue disposed on the sensing layer and filled in the intervals, wherein the refractive index of the optical matching glue matches the refractive index of the sensing layer. The present invention further comprises an optical matching glue and the manufacturing method thereof. When using the touch panel of the present invention, the defects of appearance caused by the refractive index difference between the electrode pattern and the intervals can be reduced without any additional process.

The present invention discloses a touch panel and a method of manufacturing a touch panel, to reduce the visibility of the transparent etching line of the transparent electrodes on the touch panel. The touch panel comprises a plurality of transparent electrode disposed distantly on the transparent conductive layer and the passivation layer of a transparent substrate, where the passivation layer covering the transparent conductive layer, to make the refractive index of the passivation layer and the transparent electrodes match with each other. Oxide with high refractive index added in the passivation material is filled in the etched area of the transparent conductive layer, so that the optical refractive index of the etched area and ITO area on transparent conductive layer become closer, and the difference in refractive index curve between ITO area and etched area is reduced, therefore, the effect of making the transparent electrode pattern is achieved.

A touch panel is provided in the present disclosure, comprising: a sensing patterned layer, comprising a plurality of first sensing electrode units not in contact with each other along first axis; and a bridging line, electrically connected with the adjacent first sensing electrode units along the first axis; wherein the bridging line are made by at least a metallic layer and a conductive oxidized layer. By this way, the touch panel lowers light reflection, thereby reducing flashes and bright-spots on the touch panel and improving appearance of the touch panel.
