The heat-exchanging component provided by the embodiments of the present application includes a first plate body and two second plate bodies. The first plate body includes a first main body, a first convex portion and a second convex portion, and the first convex portion and the second convex portion protrude from a surface of the first main body away from the accommodating space; in a thickness direction of the first main body, a size of the first convex portion protruding from the first main body is smaller than a size of the second convex portion protruding from the first main body; the first flow passage is formed inside the first convex portion.

The present application provides a battery, an electricity-consuming apparatus, a method for manufacturing the battery and a system of manufacturing the battery. The battery includes a heat-exchanging component, including a first plate body and two second plate bodies; a battery unit, in which includes a plurality of battery cells sequentially arranged in a second direction, the heat-exchanging component is configured to adjust a temperature of the battery cells, and the second direction intersects with the first direction; and a support component, including a support portion located at a side of the first plate body away from the accommodating space, in which the support portion is connected to the first plate body and is configured to support the heat-exchanging component, and a heat-insulating structure is arranged between the support portion and the first plate body.

This disclosure relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to a mounting bracket for a cell supervision circuit, a battery pack, and a vehicle. The mounting bracket includes: a management system mounting part, including a management system mounting surface, which is configured to mount a cell supervision circuit; and a thermally conductive part, configured to fit snugly to a container of the battery pack, which is connected to one end of the management system mounting part, and disposed on a side where the management system mounting surface is located.

The present disclosure provides a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the multifunctional high-voltage connector comprises: an upper cover; a pedestal; a conductive connection structure; two mating terminals; and a harness assembly. The conductive connection structure is used to make the two mating terminals be connected in series, and the harness assembly is directly connected to one of the mating terminals. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the conductive connection structure is simultaneously in contact with the two mating terminals, thereby turning on the high-voltage circuit. When the battery product requires maintenance, the upper cover is directly detached from the base, thereby turning off the high-voltage circuit. The battery product can be electrically connected to an external device via the harness assembly. The multifunctional high-voltage connector integrates both a switch function and a high-voltage connection function, therefore the connection resistance is greatly reduced.

The application relates to a battery pack case and a battery pack. The battery pack case includes: a bottom plate and a side plate connected with the bottom plate, the bottom plate and the side plate surround to form an accommodating portion configured to accommodate a unit cell; the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of first grooves and a plurality of second grooves opening toward the accommodating portion, the plurality of first grooves are spaced apart from each other, the plurality of second grooves are spaced apart from each other, and the first grooves and the second grooves are arranged to cross each other. The bottom plate of the battery pack itself has good rigidity, is not prone to warp deformation, and can prevent the overflow of structural glue from contaminating the wiring harness or electrical components.

The present application relates to a battery pack case and a battery pack, the battery pack case includes: a case body including an accommodating chamber and a side wall provided with a maintenance port communicating with the accommodating chamber; a cover plate assembly, detachably connected to an outer surface of the side wall, being capable of opening or closing the maintenance port and including a cover plate and an outer gasket stacked with each other. The cover plate includes a first concave portion recessed in a thickness direction of the cover plate and a first limiting portion surrounding an outer periphery of the first concave portion, and abuts against the outer surface by the first limiting portion to form a first receiving chamber, the outer gasket is disposed in the first receiving chamber and is closely contact with the first concave portion and the outer surface.

The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.

A multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product are disclosed. The multifunctional high-voltage connector includes: a fuse, a socket, and a plug. The socket includes a base and a socket terminal. The plug includes a seat and a plug terminal. The base includes: a first main body portion; a first accommodating portion, protruding from the first main body portion; and a second accommodating portion, protruding from the first main body portion and provided to be spaced apart from the first accommodating portion. The fuse is accommodated in the first accommodating portion. At least a part of the socket terminal is accommodated in the second accommodating portion. The seat of the plug is inserted into the second accommodating portion of the base.

The present disclosure relates to the field of energy storage devices and in particular, to a housing used for a battery pack and a battery pack. The housing includes a main body and an installation panel. The main body includes a battery accommodation space and a panel installation window communicating with the battery accommodation space, and the battery accommodation space is configured to accommodate a battery. The installation panel and the main body are separately formed, and the installation panel is installed at the panel installation window. The installation panel includes a base and a connection device installation portion connected to the base, and the connection device installation portion is where a connection device that is connected to the battery is to be installed. The housing provided by the present disclosure has a relatively low production cost and a relatively high production efficiency.

The present disclosure provides a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product. The multifunctional high-voltage connector comprises a pedestal and an upper cover detachably assembled with the pedestal. The upper cover comprises: an outer shell having a first oblique-port portion; and an inner shell fixed at an inner side of the outer shell and provided with a first guide portion; the pedestal comprising: an outer base having a second oblique-port portion; and an inner base fixed at an inner side of the outer base and provided with a second guide portion. The first oblique-port portion of the outer shell cooperates with the second oblique-port portion of the outer base, and the first guide portion of the inner shell cooperates with the second guide portion of the inner base. The battery product comprises the multifunctional high-voltage connector.

The present disclosure relates to a distributed battery management system. The system includes a master module and at least one slave module. Each slave module manages a corresponding of battery pack connected in series in a power circuit. The master module and each slave module are respectively connected in the power circuit, and the master module can communicate with the slave module through the power circuit with two opposite directions.
