An apparatus and method for quick release of a spinner head assembly of a cotton candy machine. The spinner head is snap-fit to the rotational output shaft of the motor of the cotton candy machine to prevent longitudinal separation between the two during operation. Intermeshing portions between the spinner head and the output shaft are configured to translate rotational torque between the two and thus translate rotational torque of the output shaft of the motor to the spinner head. Quick release of the head is possible by pulling on the head along the rotational axis of the output shaft to overcome the snap-fit. This allows longitudinal separation of the spinner head and disengages the intermeshing portions for complete removal of the head. Reattachment is possible by snap-fitting connection between head and output shaft.

An improved processing assembly having a meat emulsion pump connected to a stuffing horn. The stuffing horn positioned to fill casings with meat emulsion which form a strand of processed meat that is received by a twister, then a linker, and subsequently deposited on a conveyor.

A conveyor for positioning a meat product to be cut having a track attached to a frame, a chain slidably mounted on the track, a plurality of flights connected to the chain and a guide bar connected to the frame wherein the conveyor advances product forward at a loading end, maintains the product in a stable position through a transport section, and releases the product at a discharge end such that the product drops off the guide bar.

A device for reflecting an image to a user's eyes that includes a viewing member having an interior mirror positioned in angled alignment with the user's eye; and an exterior mirror positioned in spaced alignment to the interior mirror. The exterior mirror is adjustable with respect to the interior mirror. The device further includes a pair of interior mirrors positioned in angled alignment to the user's eyes; and a pair of exterior mirrors in spaced alignment to the interior mirrors.

Indirect viewing device

A linking and link cutting assembly for sausage encasing machines has a pair of endless linking chains having portions which are parallel and which are laterally spaced. They carry spaced pinching blocks which register during the parallel movement, and pinch a sausage rope moving longitudinally therebetween to form links in the rope. A cutting knife is incorporated into one of the registering blocks and is actuated by a cam block having a cam surface that engages the knife to selectively move the knife to cut the desired link. The linking chains are conventionally driven and are adaptable for operative connection to the typical drive shaft of a conventional linking apparatus of a sausage encasing machine. The method of separating cutting links in a sausage rope while the rope is moving longitudinally. The knife which cuts the links is a part of the blocks on the linking chain that forms the links, and is actuated by a cam block. By selectively positioning the cutting knives on the linking chain, two or more sausage members can be linked together if desired.
