The sound generation device comprises a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system being mounted and fixed to an housing. The housing comprises a first shell and a second shell that are connected and fixed together, the vibration system comprises a first diaphragm and the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic yoke, and wherein the first diaphragm is mounted on one surface of the first shell far away from the second shell, and the magnetic yoke and the second shell are injection molded as an integrated part. In the sound generation device of the present invention a conventional plastic housing is split into two shells, by fixing the magnetic yoke to the second shell by injection molding so that the magnetic yoke and the second shell become an independent part which is integrally arranged, it can reduce the assembling process of the Magnetic yoke and the housing, improve the assembling efficiency and connecting strength of the sound generation device, and can provide a bigger space for the magnetic circuit system and improve the product performance.

The present invention discloses a sound production apparatus, comprising a first vibration system, a second vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the first vibration system comprises a first diaphragm and a voice coil arranged on a side, facing the magnetic circuit system, of the first diaphragm; the second vibration system comprises a second diaphragm arranged opposite to the first diaphragm, and a middle position of the second diaphragm is combined with a reinforcement portion; the reinforcement portion is provided with an extension portion extending along a direction close to the first diaphragm, and a position, corresponding to the extension portion, in the magnetic circuit system is provided with an avoidance portion; and the extension portion is capable of passing through the avoidance portion, and is fixed to the first diaphragm. The sound production apparatus of the present invention is configured with two sets of vibration systems but only adopts one set of a voice coil and magnetic circuit system, so as to realize a structure for synchronized bidirectional sound production, occupying a small volume, facilitating its wide application to portable terminals.

The present invention discloses a sound wave filtering structure. The sound wave filtering structure comprises a cavity wall, a cavity cover and a slit. The cavity cover is mounted on the cavity wall. The cavity wall and the cavity cover are combined to form an inner cavity. The slit is formed on the cavity wall and/or the cavity cover. The cavity wall and the cavity cover seal the inner cavity. A space in the inner cavity is communicated with the outside only through the slit. On the other hand, the present invention further provides a side sound generating speaker module. The side sound generating speaker module at least comprises a side sound generating cavity and the above-described sound wave filtering structure. The side sound generating cavity is configured to guide sound waves to be transmitted from a side surface of a single speaker body. The sound wave filtering structure is arranged on the side sound generating cavity. The slit faces the interior of the side sound generating cavity. The sound wave filtering structure provided by the present invention can adjust and filter high-frequency sound waves. Especially, in the side sound generating speaker module, the sound wave filtering structure can significantly improve the sound quality of the high-frequency sound waves.

Disclosed is a micro loudspeaker, which comprises a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system and a support system. The magnetic circuit system comprises a yoke, and a magnet and a washer accommodated within the yoke. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil adhesively fixed to the diaphragm. The support system comprises a front cover, and a housing matched and combined with the front cover. The housing comprises a bottom wall and a side wall. The bottom wall is provided with a mounting portion accommodating the magnetic circuit system, and is also provided with an assembly plane for assembly with a terminal. A height difference is provided between a position of the bottom wall of the housing corresponding to the assembly plane and a position of the side wall of the housing corresponding to the assembly plane, so as to cooperatively form an avoidance inclined surface.

Miniature loudspeaker

A loudspeaker module emitting sound at a lateral side comprises a loudspeaker unit and a module housing comprising a lower module housing, a middle module housing and an upper module housing. A space formed by the loudspeaker unit, the middle module housing and the lower module housing is a rear sound cavity. A space formed by the loudspeaker unit, the middle module housing and the upper module housing is a front sound cavity. The loudspeaker module further comprises a cover plate which forms a cavity together with the upper module housing. The cavity is communicated with the rear sound cavity through a conducting hole. By utilizing the loudspeaker module of the present invention, superfluous space of the upper module housing can be converted into the rear sound cavity, and therefore the size of the rear sound cavity is increased, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker module is improved.

A miniature electroacoustic transducer includes: a metal shell, having the shape of a barrel with one open end; a vibrating system, including a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil; and a magnetic circuit system, including a concentrating flux plate, a magnet and a magnetic yoke that are sequentially combined together. The magnetic circuit system is formed with a magnetic gap corresponding to the voice coil; the vibrating system and the magnetic circuit system are fixedly installed in the barrel-shaped shell; the components in the structure are further modularized, maximizing the magnet under the same product dimension and effectively improving the product sensitivity. An assembling method of the electroacoustic transducer includes: a. providing a barrel-shaped metal shell with one open end; b. putting a pre-assembled vibrating system into the shell; c. putting a pre-assembled magnetic circuit system into the shell; and d. fixedly assembling the shell with the magnetic yoke.

An electroacoustic transducer comprises a diaphragm body part and a voice coil combined to one side of the diaphragm body part, wherein the diaphragm body part comprises non-conductive base material layers and a conductive metal layer; the metal layer is interposed between any two neighboring layers of the base material layers, and is provided with first conductive terminals conductively combined with the voice coil; each of the base material layers between the metal layer and the voice coil is provided with open holes which are formed by removal of material to allow the passage of the first conductive terminals; the central part of the diaphragm body part is combined with a reinforcing layer; and the reinforcing layer is combined to one side of the diaphragm body part away from the voice coil, and covers the regions where the first conductive terminals are located.

The vibration system includes a vibration diaphragm, a bar-shaped acoustic coil, an acoustic coil support, and two plucked members. The acoustic coil support is integrally formed; and includes an acoustic coil mounting portion located in the middle, dampening member mounting portions located at the two ends, and a support portion disposed between two long-axis edges of the acoustic coil mounting portion.
