A calibration bracket is provided. The calibration bracket includes a base, a support rod and a hanger. The support rod is movably connected to the base. The hanger is mounted to the support rod. The base has an abutting face. The support rod includes a main rod and an angle adjustment structure. The main rod is connected to the angle adjustment structure. The angle adjustment structure is connected to the base. The angle adjustment structure is rotatable relative to the base. A range of angular rotation of the support rod is controlled by limiting positions in which the main rod of the support rod and the angle adjustment structure abut against the base. The support rod is rotatable within the range of angular rotation relative to the base. The hanger is mounted to the support rod and is configured to hang a calibration element on the support rod.

Calibration bracket

A vehicle detection system includes a support, machine vision modules, a failure sensor, and a controller. Each machine vision module includes image acquisition devices each including s an image acquisition sensor for obtaining related parameters of hardware to be detected of a vehicle. The failure sensor is used for acquiring position change information of the image acquisition sensor and outputting a motion parameter signal comprising the position change information. The controller is used for determining, according to the motion parameter signal, whether the position of the image acquisition sensor needs to be calibrated. In the using process of the vehicle detection system, the controller can determine in real time whether the position of the image acquisition sensor needs to be calibrated, so as to avoid a miscorrection caused by detecting and correcting the vehicle without precalibration after the measurement and calculation precision of the vehicle detection system is reduced.

Vehicle wheels alignment system using image acquisition sensor and vehicle wheels alignment method

A three-dimensional target, a wheel positioning system, and a wheel positioning method are provided. The three-dimensional target includes a base body. The base body is provided with at least three target surfaces which are all in different planes. Each of the at least three target surfaces is provided with target elements. Each of the at least three target surfaces is used for wheel positioning. Two of the at least three target surfaces form a group of calculation units, and the spatial position relationship between the target elements of at least two groups of calculation units is used for determining the position of a wheel. By using two target surfaces as a group, the at least three target surfaces can be configured into multiple groups, and calibration is performed according to the multiple target surfaces; thus, the accuracy of calibration calculation is improved.

Three-dimensional target, wheel positioning system, and wheel positioning method

A calibration device is provided. The calibration device includes a laser assembly, a calibration bracket and a magnetic element. The calibration bracket includes a loading platform which is configured to support the laser assembly. The magnetic element is mounted on one of the laser assembly and the loading platform, and is configured to attract the other of the laser assembly and the loading platform. By means of arranging the magnetic element on one of the loading platform and the laser assembly, the magnetic element can attract the other of the loading platform and the laser assembly, so that when the laser assembly needs to be mounted on the loading platform, the laser assembly only needs to approach the loading platform and the laser assembly will be attracted to the loading platform due to the magnetic force provided by the magnetic element.

Calibration device

Calibration system and calibration support therefor

The disclosure relates to the technical field of automobile maintenance and repair as well as device calibration, and in particular, to a bracket apparatus. The bracket apparatus includes a base, a vertical rod and a clamping assembly. One end of the vertical rod is mounted to the base. The clamping assembly is mounted to the vertical rod. The clamping assembly includes a sliding member, a push rod assembly, a handle and an elastic member. One end of the sliding member is sleeved on the vertical rod. The sliding member is movable along the vertical rod. An other end of the sliding member is configured to carry a calibration element. The push rod assembly can be movably mounted to the sliding member in a preset direction. Two ends of the elastic member respectively abut against an inner wall of the sliding member and the push rod assembly. The elastic member can drive one end of the push rod assembly to be tightly pressed against the vertical rod. The sliding member is fixed to the vertical rod to prevent the sliding member from free falling and smashing. In addition, the handle is rotatably mounted to the sliding member to drive one end of the push rod assembly to be removed from contact with the vertical rod, so that the sliding member is slidable freely along the vertical rod. Therefore, the height of the calibration apparatus hung on the sliding member can be adjusted as needed, to meet different height requirements and calibration requirements.

Bracket apparatus

Embodiments of the disclosure discloses a calibration bracket. The calibration bracket includes a base, a vertical rod, a transverse force application member and a transverse force application mating member. The vertical rod is detachably mounted to the base. The transverse force application member is disposed on one of the base and the vertical rod. The transverse force application mating member is disposed on the other of the base and the vertical rod and is configured to be connected to the transverse force application member to apply, to the vertical rod, a force parallel to the base. A limiting protrusion is provided on one of the base and the vertical rod. A limiting opening is provided on the other of the base and the vertical rod. The limiting opening can allow the limiting protrusion to pass through the limiting opening and snugly abut against the limiting protrusion when the transverse force application member applies a transverse force to the vertical rod. By means of the structure described above, the vertical rod can be quickly mounted to or detached from the base. Therefore, the calibration bracket is easy to assemble and transport.

A cabinet liquid cooling system is configured to dissipate heat of a cabinet. A flow allocation unit is installed on a single side of the cabinet, is located in space between a side wall of the cabinet and a mounting bar of the cabinet, and is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. A liquid cooling system (LCS) control unit is installed at the bottom of the cabinet and cyclically supplies liquid to the flow allocation unit using the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet. A liquid supply branch includes a liquid delivery pipe and a liquid return pipe. A node pipe includes a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe. Both the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are connected to the corresponding liquid delivery pipe and liquid return pipe using the quick male connector and the quick female connector.
