The present application relates to a battery module. The battery module includes a battery group and an insulating plate. The battery group includes a bus bar and a plurality of battery units, each battery unit includes a tab which includes a connecting segment and a bending segment. The insulating plate includes a plurality of plate assemblies, and the adjacent plate assemblies are connected through a connecting plate. There is an obtuse angle between each plate assembly and the connecting plate connected thereto. Each connecting segment passes through a guiding groove, and the bending segment and the bus bar are fixed and connected. The guiding groove can adjust the altitude of the tab as it passes through the insulating plate. The bending segment can be connected to the bus bar, then the process requirements can be met with a small space, which improves the energy density of the battery module.

Battery module and insulating plate

The present disclosure provides a buffering member and a battery module, the buffering member comprises a first member and a second member. The first member comprises a first main body and a first connecting portion, the second member comprises a second main body and a second connecting portion. The first main body and the second main body face each other, and the first connecting portion is cooperated with and fixedly connected to the second connecting portion. Because the first member and the second member are independent members, and they can be formed by separately cutting a sheet. Because the first member and the second member each are small in size and simple in structure, and they can be rapidly formed by using less material, the whole structure of the buffering member is simple and the buffering member uses less material, thereby maximally improving the utilization rate of the sheet.

Buffering member and battery module

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular, to a battery module. The battery module includes a set of batteries, a case receiving the set of batteries, and a sampling unit for collecting a voltage signal and a temperature signal of the set of batteries. The sampling unit is provided with a connector, and a stopper for fixing the connector is formed on the case. By forming the stopper on the case, the connector can be directly assembled to the stopper during assembling process of the set of batteries without the need to fix the connector by glue or bolt connection. Therefore, not only an assembling process is simplified, but also the connector is not easily damaged during the assembling process.

Battery module

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of battery, and particularly to a battery module. The battery module includes a case body having a cavity, a plurality of battery units accommodated in the cavity of the case body, an output electrode assembly disposed on the case body and electrically connected to output terminals of the plurality of battery units, and an end cap connected to the case body and arranged to press and cover at least a part of the output electrode assembly. The battery module according to the present disclosure has a sound design, through which the airtightness of the output electrode assembly is not liable to be broken during the running of the vehicle.
