Aspects disclosed herein generally related to a method and system for efficient blind source separation using a topological approach. The method and system comprise locating and separating the audio streams by constructing and simplifying contour tree in a built time-frequency smooth weighted histogram in the subsystems included. Thus, in one example, the audio streams can be separated and reproduced in a faster, more reliability, higher quality and more robust way.

Efficient blind source separation using topological approach

The present disclosure relates to object detection and object distance determination by an assisted driving system of a vehicle. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving image data detected and detecting at least one object in the image data. Detecting includes determining a region of interest in the image, classifying the object and localizing the region of interest in the image data. The method may include determining a distance value for the at least one object, wherein the distance determination is determined based on the category determined, localization of the region of interest, and object size relative to the image data. The method may include outputting a distance value determination for the at least one object.

Vehicle system and method for detecting objects and object distance

The present invention is directed to a surround view system and method thereof. The surround view system comprises a surround image sensing module which obtains images of surrounding view and output image data, a vehicle status retrieval module which retrieves vehicle status information, a processing module which generates adaptive surround view based on the image data and the vehicle status information; and an outputting module which outputs the adaptive surround view.
