An unoriented silicon steel having high magnetic conductivity and low iron loss at a working magnetic density of 1.0-1.5 T and method for manufacturing same. By proper deoxidation control in a RH refining and high-temperature treatment for a short time in a normalizing step, the method can reduce the amount of inclusions in the silicon steel and improve grain shape, so as to improve the magnetic conductivity and iron loss of the unoriented silicon steel at a magnetic density of 1.0-1.5 T.

Non-oriented silicon steel and its manufacturing method

The present invention provides a non-oriented silicon steel with excellent magnetic properties and a manufacturing process therefor. During the manufacturing process of the present invention, the temperature T of the molten steel of steel tapped from a converter during steelmaking and the carbon content [C] and the free oxygen content [O] comply with the following formula: 7.27&#xd7;10&#x2264;[O][C]e&#x2264;2.99&#xd7;10, and the final annealing step uses tension annealing at a low temperature for a short time. A non-oriented silicon steel with a low iron loss, and excellent anisotropy of iron loss can be obtained by means of the manufacturing process of the present invention.

The magnetic conductivity of the steel plate meets the following relationship formula: &#x3bc;+&#x3bc;+&#x3bc;&#x2265;13982&#x2212;586.5P; &#x3bc;+&#x3bc;+&#x3bc;&#x2265;10000, wherein Pis the iron loss at a magnetic induction intensity of 1.5 T at 50 Hz; &#x3bc;, &#x3bc;, and &#x3bc;is are relative magnetic conductivities at induction intensities of 1.0 T, 1.3 T, and 1.5 T at 50 Hz, respectively. The steel plate can be used for manufacturing highly effective and ultra-highly effective electric motors.

A method for producing a silicon steel normalizing substrate comprises: steelmaking, hot rolling and normalizing steps. The normalizing step uses a normalizing furnace having a nonoxidizing heating furnace section. The nonoxidizing heating furnace section comprises more than 3 furnace zones. Method for producing silicon steel normalizing substrate

A manufacture method of high-efficiency non-oriented silicon steel with excellent magnetic property includes the steps of smelting a chemical composition of non-oriented silicon steel, by weight percent, is: C&#x2266;0.0040%, Si:0.1&#x2dc;0.8%, Al:0.002&#x2dc;1.0%, Mn:0.10&#x2dc;1.50%, P:&#x2266;0.2%, Sb:0.04&#x2dc;0.08%, S&#x2266;0.0030%, N&#x2266;0.0020%, Ti&#x2266;0.0020%, and the rest is Fe and unavoidable inclusions. The molten steel is then cast into billets which are hot-rolled into a hot-rolled product. The heating temperature for the billet is 1100&#xb0;&#x2dc;1150&#xb0; and the finish-rolling temperature is 860&#xb0;&#x2dc;920&#xb0;.
