The present invention provides a packaging structure and a packaging method, the packaging structure includes a first flat plate portion, a second flat plate portion, a folding portion connected between the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion, and a fastening structure to fasten the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion, the folding portion is configured to fold the first flat plate portion and the second flat plate portion to make a display panel sandwiched between the buffer layer of the first flat plate portion and the buffer layer of the second flat plate portion.

Packaging structure and packaging method

A pallet includes a main extension member and support members. The main extension member includes a rotary sleeve and two threaded bars, which are respectively inserted into the rotary sleeve through two ends of the rotary sleeve to be connected in a rotatable manner through threading engagement. The support members each include first and second support elements pivoted to each other. An end of each threaded bar that is distant from the rotary sleeve is pivotally connected to the pivotal connection between the first and second support elements. Rotation of the rotary sleeve allows for adjustment of a distance between the two threaded bars to change a bending condition therebetween so as to vary a size of the pallet. The variation of the size of the pallet is thus made flexible to suit the need for transportation of products of various sizes and thus saving costs of transportation and storage.

The present disclosure provides a plastic frame for a backlight module. The plastic frame includes a glass cover plate, and edge bars including a first edge bar provided with an LED placing groove for insertion of lamp beads of the light bars and a second edge bar, that are provided at two opposite sides of the glass cover plate close to an edge, respectively, wherein the LED placing groove passes through one side of the first edge bar being opposite to the second edge bar and one side of the first edge bar deviating away from the second edge bar. The liquid crystal panel packaging assembly contains a liquid crystal panel assembly and a support tray. The liquid crystal panel assembly contains a liquid crystal panel, a wiring board, and a circuit board. The wiring board has a first end electrically connected to the liquid crystal panel and a second end configured with a first connection element. The circuit board has a second connection element for connection with the first connection element so that the circuit board is electrically connected to the wiring board. The support tray contains a first indentation for receiving the liquid crystal panel, a second indentation for receiving the wiring board, and at least a socket. The second indentation is at a side and is connected to the first indentation. The socket is located at a lateral side of the second indentation, and the circuit board is plugged into the socket.

A packing box is disclosed. The packing box includes a box body having an inward concave forming four blocking portions at four sides, and a plurality of supporting members. The supporting member includes a big head end and a small head end fixedly connecting to the blocking portions. The small head end is arranged above an up surface of the blocking portion. A bottom surface of the big head end comprises an inward concave, the small head end of the supporting member of the packing box located at a lower altitude engages with the big head end of the supporting member of the packing box located at a higher altitude when the packing boxes are stacked.

The present disclosure discloses a package box device for liquid crystal panels, comprising a rectangular box for accommodating liquid crystal panels, wherein an inside surface of said rectangular box is an inclined inside surface, and an inside surface opposite to said inclined inside surface of said rectangular box is provided with a detachable member; and wherein said detachable member is constructed so that after said detachable member is installed, said detachable member protrudes toward said inclined inside surface to fix liquid crystal panels to be transported; and after said detachable member is detached, the upper opening of said rectangular box becomes larger to facilitate removal of said liquid crystal panels out of said rectangular box. The liquid crystal panels can be fixed well in the device during transportation process, and can be removed from the device more easily when necessary.

Package box device for liquid crystal panels

A packaging box includes two side plates disposed oppositely, and each of the side plates provided with an inward recession; and two engaged-embedded parts disposed oppositely; wherein, the inward recession is matched with the engaged-embedded part, and the engaged-embedded part is placed into the inward recession. A cross-sectional shape of the engaged-embedded part is a trapezoid shape, and one acute angle of the trapezoid shape faces toward a top of the side plate. When moving the packaging box, the mechanical arm can embed into the engaged-embedded part. The engaged-embedded part formed by a hard-rigid material can prevent the mechanical arm from damaging the packaging box to reduce the waste of the packaging material. Besides, the cross-sectional shape of the engaged-embedded part is a trapezoid shape so that when the mechanical arm clamps the packaging box, the packaging box is not easily to drop in order to prevent the loss.

A packaging device is provided, comprising a box for accommodating object to be packaged. The packaging device further comprises a limiter located on the both sides of the inner surface of the box. The limiter includes a fixing department and a limiting department. The limiting department is connected to one side of the fixing department and extends in a direction that is far away from the fixing department. The length of the projection of the fixing department, which is projected on a vertical plane perpendicular to the limiting department, is larger than the thickness of the limiting department. The fixing department is clamped fixedly by the box, and the limiting department stretches into the box to clamp the object to be packaged. Implementing the present invention, the limiter can be prevented from sliding out and the damage to the packaged object can be avoided.
