A display panel includes a first substrate, an electrode layer, and a display medium layer. The electrode layer is disposed on the first substrate. The display medium layer is disposed on the electrode layer and includes a filler and liquid crystal capsules. The liquid crystal capsules are distributed in the filler, and the filler has a birefringence difference &#x394;n in a range from 0.02 to 0.175.

Display panel

A liquid crystal panel includes a substrate and a display medium layer. The display medium layer is located on the substrate. The display medium layer includes multiple first liquid crystal capsules and multiple second liquid crystal capsules. Each of the first liquid crystal capsules includes multiple first liquid crystal molecules. A dielectric anisotropy &#x394;&#x3b5; of the first liquid crystal molecules is greater than 0. A refractive index of the first liquid crystal capsules on the z-axis is greater than refractive indices of the first liquid crystal capsules on the x-axis and on the y-axis. Each of the second liquid crystal capsules includes second liquid crystal molecules. A dielectric anisotropy &#x394;&#x3b5; of the second liquid crystal molecules is greater than 0. A refractive index of the second liquid crystal capsules on the z-axis is smaller than refractive indices of the second liquid crystal capsules on the x-axis and on the y-axis.

Liquid crystal panel

A mirror display module including a first substrate, pixel units, a second substrate, a display medium layer, a reflection pattern, a third substrate, an electrochromic material layer, a first transparent electrode, and a second transparent electrode is provided. The pixel units are disposed on the first substrate. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The display medium layer is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The reflection pattern is located between the second substrate and the display medium layer. The reflection pattern has a plurality of openings, and the plurality of openings is overlapped with at least a portion of the plurality of pixel units. The second substrate is located between the third substrate and the first substrate. The electrochromic material layer is located between the third substrate and the second substrate. The first transparent electrode is located between the third substrate and the electrochromic material layer. The second transparent electrode is located between the electrochromic material layer and the second substrate.

Mirror display module

A stereoscopic optical device includes a substrate, an alignment film and a liquid crystal layer. The alignment film includes at least one first region and at least one second region. The liquid crystal layer, disposed on the alignment film, includes first liquid crystal molecules and second liquid crystal molecules. The first liquid crystal molecules correspond to the first region of the alignment film and have a first pre-tilt angle, the second liquid crystal molecules correspond to the second region of the alignment film and have a second pre-tilt angle. The fast axis of the first liquid crystal molecules and the fast axis of the second crystal molecules substantially face the same direction, and the slow axis of the first liquid crystal molecules and the slow axis of the second liquid crystal molecules substantially face in the same direction.

Stereoscopic optical device and method of making the same

A method for fabricating a thin film transistor (TFT) display is provided, wherein the processes of a liquid crystal substrate and an organic thin film transistor (OTFT) substrate are separated. The fabrication of liquid crystal substrate employs the technology of polymer encapsulated liquid crystal molecule, and leaves the polymeric layer as a substrate using a sacrificial layer, so as to improve the flexibility. And the TFT substrate has a high adhesive polymeric protective layer provided on its surface, so as to combine the fabricated TFT substrate and the liquid crystal substrate by laminating. Thereby, the processes of the liquid crystal substrate and the TFT substrate will not affect each other, to improve the process yield and meet the demand for the variety of products.
