The disclosure discloses a spiral-flow type fluidized-bed cooling crystallization system. The system comprises a first fluidized-bed crystallizer, a second fluidized-bed crystallizer, a crystal growing tank, a centrifuge, a circulating pump, a flow control valve, a densimeter and the like, wherein vertical heat transfer pipes are arranged in the first fluidized-bed crystallizer and the second fluidized-bed crystallizer, and scraping particles are contained in the heat transfer pipes. According to the invention, feed liquid exchanges heat with a cooling medium through the vertical heat transfer pipes; meanwhile, spiral spray heads at the bottoms of the heat transfer pipes are used for enabling the feed liquid in the pipes to form a spiral flow field, and the scraping particles are efficiently driven to continuously impact and crush crystals attached to heat transfer wall faces, so the effects of heat transfer enhancement, heat transfer wall face self-cleaning.

Spiral-flow type fluidized-bed cooling crystallization system

A device for decomplexation and enhanced removal of copper based on self-induced Fenton-like reaction constructed by electrochemistry coupled with membrane separation is disclosed. The device includes a reactor, two electrocatalytic anodes capable of generating hydroxyl radicals, an electrocatalytic cathode membrane assembly, a direct current power supply, an aeration system, an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe. The device of the present invention has a simple construction. Using this device to treat industrial wastewater containing copper complexes under specific conditions allows the decomplexation and the removal of the industrial wastewater containing the copper complexes to be simultaneously realized at a low consumption and a high efficiency. The coupling of electrochemistry with membrane separation can be achieved to protect the cathode from being contaminated by pollutants in the sewage and prolong the service life of the electrode.

A nanofiltration membrane with a high flux for selectively removing hydrophobic endocrine disrupting chemicals and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: immersing a porous support layer into a first solution, removing excess droplets from a surface of the support layer after taking the support layer out of the first solution, and then immersing the support layer attached with the first solution into a second solution for an interfacial polymerization reaction, followed by washing after completion of the reaction to obtain the subject nanofiltration membrane. The first solution is an aqueous solution containing a polyamine monomer and an acid binding agent, and the second solution is an organic solution containing an acid chloride monomer and a metal-organic framework.

A high-performance thin-film composite polyamide membrane upcycled from a substrate fouled with a biopolymer and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method includes fouling the substrate preferably with the biopolymer to obtain a composite of the substrate and a biopolymer foulant layer; then immersing the composite into a first solution formed by dissolving a polyamine monomer in water, followed by taking the composite out of the first solution and removing excess droplets from a surface of the composite; then immersing the composite treated in the previous step into a second solution formed by dissolving an acyl chloride monomer in n-hexane for interfacial polymerization to form a rejection layer on the surface of the composite; and after completion of the reaction, taking the composite out of the second solution, followed by drying and heat treatment, to obtain the target polyamide membrane.

A cutting roller is separated into two coaxially-rotating parts, and the two rollers can rotate in different speeds.

An intelligent dripping pill machine for continuous liquid solidification comprises: a feeding device (), a material combining device (), a homogenizing device (), a dripping device () and a de-oiling device () sequentially connected via a transmission channel. The intelligent dripping pill machine removes, via high-speed centrifugation, a cooling liquid attached to dripping pills, and each component device is connected compactly, thereby achieving a continuous manufacturing operation, and reducing an occupied space of the devices as a whole while ensuring the yield of the dripping pills.

Intelligent dripping pill machine for continuous liquid solidification

An intelligent continuous manufacturing method via liquid cooling of dripping pills comprises the following steps: (1) feeding: weighing and transferring multiple materials respectively; (2) material combining: performing staged heating on the materials transferred in step (1), and mixing the same to obtain a material mixture, wherein an RSD of an effective ingredient in the material mixture &#x2264;5%; (3) homogenizing: pressurizing the material mixture obtained in step (2), and increasing the temperature, so as to obtain a homogenized material having the RSD of the effective ingredient in the material mixture &#x2264;5%; (4) dripping: performing vibration dripping on the homogenized material obtained in step (3) to obtain dripping pills, delivering the dripping pills into a cooling liquid to be cooled and then transferred; and (5) de-oiling: removing the cooling liquid on surfaces of the dripping pills obtained in step (4) via tilting centrifugation. The manufacturing method not only shortens the manufacturing process, but also ensures the dripping pill product to be more stable and homogeneous. In addition, high-speed centrifugation is used to reasonably de-oil the dripping pills to prevent contamination of the dripping pills and improve the circulation utilization rate of the cooling liquid.

The pneumatic system includes a layer of air-bags to perform two basic functions during a floatover installation operation: 1) lifting the platform deck from the support to create additional air gaps at the mating surfaces, and the heave motions of the lifted platform deck may be reduced; 2) performing as a shock absorbing device with variable vertical stiffness easily controlled by the air-bag internal air pressure during the mating operation and the separation operation.
