A keyswitch support connection structure incudes a bottom plate portion, a cantilever plate, and a joining portion. The cantilever plate extends upward from a joining hole of the bottom plate portion and has a holding structure. The joining portion and the joining hole are firmly engaged with each other. The joining portion encapsulates the holding structure. The joining portion and the bottom plate portion jointly form or the joining portion alone forms a support connection portion. A keyswitch structure includes a base, a keycap above the base, and first and second keyswitch supports connected to and between the keycap and the base. The base includes the above keyswitch support connection structure. The first keyswitch support is rotatably connected to the support connection portion.

Keyswitch support connection structure and keyswitch structure therewith

A keyswitch support connection structure incudes a bottom plate portion and a joining portion firmly joined with a joining hole of a bottom plate portion to form a support connection portion. In an embodiment, a cantilever plate extends upward from the joining hole. The joining portion encapsulates a holding structure of the cantilever plate. In another embodiment, a protruding bridge portion connected across two sides of the joining hole. The joining portion encapsulates the protruding bridge portion. In another embodiment, the joining portion has a wing portion protruding from a bottom surface of the bottom plate portion and extending parallel to the bottom surface. A keyswitch structure includes a base with the keyswitch support connection structure, a keycap, and two keyswitch supports. The two keyswitch supports are connected to and between the keycap and the base; therein, one of the keyswitch supports is rotatably connected to the support connection portion.

A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a scissors support connecting the keycap and the base plate, a linking support rotatably disposed on the base plate, a movable part movably disposed relative to the base plate, and a magnetic part on the movable part. The linking support includes a magnetic portion and a driving portion. The magnetic part and the magnetic portion produce a magnetic attraction force therebetween. When the movable part is located at a first position, the magnetic part is located under the magnetic portion, and the magnetic attraction force drives the keycap through the linking support to move away relative to the base plate. When the movable part moves from the first position to a second position, the magnetic part moves away relative to the magnetic portion, so that the magnetic attraction force decreases so as to make the keycap move toward the base plate.

Keyswitch structure

A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a keycap, a lift mechanism connecting the keycap and the base plate, a movable part movably disposed relative to the base plate, a linking support, and a magnetic part on the base plate. The linking support has a pivotal connection portion, a magnetic portion, and a driving portion. The magnetic part and the magnetic portion produce a magnetic attraction force therebetween. When the movable part is located at a first position, the pivotal connection portion is rotatably disposed on a protruding portion of the movable part, and the magnetic attraction force drives the keycap through the linking support to move away relative to the keycap. When the movable part moves from the first position to a second position, the protruding portion moves away, so that the pivotal connection portion falls down and the keycap moves toward the base plate.

A key switch includes a baseplate, a circuit layer, a keycap and a support rod. The baseplate has a hook and a first through hole neighboring to the hook. The circuit layer includes a plurality of superimposed sublayers disposed above the baseplate and having a through hole structure passing through the sublayers; a portion of one of the sublayers extends in the through hole structure over the first through hole and forms a resilient portion neighboring to the hook. Two sides of the resilient portion connect to the circuit layer. The keycap is disposed above the baseplate and can move upward and downward in respect to the baseplate. The support rod has a first portion, movably connecting to the keycap, and a second portion, engaged with the hook. The resilient portion extends beneath and abuts against the second portion for buffering a collision between the second portion and the baseplate.

Key switch with noise reduction mechanism

A key switch includes a baseplate, a circuit layer, a keycap and a support rod. The baseplate has a hook and a first through hole neighboring to the hook. The circuit layer includes a first sublayer disposed above the baseplate and having a second through hole, and a second sublayer disposed above the first sublayer and having a third through hole; a portion of the second sublayer extends over the second through hole and forms a first resilient portion; the first resilient portion has four sides, two of which connect to the second sublayer; and the first resilient portion is neighboring to the hook. The keycap is disposed above the baseplate and can move upward and downward in respect to the baseplate. The support rod has a first portion and a second portion; the first portion movably connects to the keycap and the second portion engages the hook.

A key switch disposed on a base of a keyboard includes a key cap, a linkage bar, an edge plate and a recess portion. The key cap is disposed above the base. The linkage bar connects the key cap and the base. The edge plate is connected to the base. A slot is formed on the edge plate, and an end of the linkage bar is slidably latched in the slot. The recess portion is formed on the base and adjacent to the slot. A step is between a holding surface of the recess portion and a top surface of the base. The end of the linkage bar is caved in the recess portion and held on the holding surface of the recess portion when the end of the linkage bar is slidably latched in the slot.

Keyswitch and keyboard therewith

The invention provides a light guiding plate. The light guiding plate is transparent and applied to an input apparatus. A surface of the light guiding plate comprises a first region and a second region. The first region is covered by a non-transparent material. If a light is emitted into the light guiding plate, the light can be emitted out from the second region.

Input apparatus and light guiding plate thereof

A key structure is provided, including a substrate, a key cap, a first link, and a second link pivotally connected to the first link. The first and second links movably connect the key cap with the base. The key cap comprises a first surface and a guiding portion extended along a first direction, wherein the guiding portion has a second surface. The first link is made of metal and has a sliding end forming a first curved portion and a second curved portion. The first and second curved portions are respectively adjacent to the first and second surfaces and slidable along the guiding portion.

Key structure

The invention provides a keyswitch. The keyswitch comprises a keycap, an adhesive layer, an electroplated layer, and a protecting layer. The adhesive layer has at least one color and covers the keycap. The electroplated layer covers the adhesive layer. After a part of the protecting layer and the electroplate layer is removed, a cave is formed on the keyswitch surface to show the at least one color.

Input apparatus and keyswitch

The invention discloses a keyswitch including a keycap, a base plate, and a support frame. The keycap includes an engagement part, and the base plate includes a slide part. The support frame is between the keycap and the base plate and includes a first end and a second end. The first end is connected to the engagement part of the keycap, and the second end slides in the slide part of the base plate. The engagement part includes a first concave part and a second concave part, and a radial dimension of the first concave part is different from a radial dimension of the second concave part. The first end of the support frame includes a first protrusion part and a second protrusion part, and a radial dimension of the first protrusion part is different from a radial dimension of the second protrusion part. The first protrusion part and the second protrusion part respectively are engaged with the first concave part and the second concave part respectively.

Keyboard and keyswitch

The invention discloses a key structure including a keycap, a base plate, and a support member. The keycap includes a slide part; the base plate includes an engagement part; the support member includes a first end and a second end for engaging the keycap and the base plate. The first end slides on the slide part, and the second end is engaged to the engagement part. Therein, the second end thereon defines a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first and second directions are substantially parallel to the base plate. The engagement part restrains the second end from sliding along the first direction. The second end includes two block parts. The block parts are deposited on two sides of the engagement part for restraining the second end from sliding along the second direction.

The present invention provides a key switch with an exhaust structure, which includes a keycap having a top surface and an inner surface with a cavity and an elastic member. The elastic member includes a protrusion and an elastic body. The protrusion is coupled with the inner surface of the keycap. A gas channel is formed between the cavity of the keycap and the protrusion of the elastic member. When an external force is applied to the top surface of the keycap to compress the elastic body, the gas within the elastic member can be exhausted through the gas channel of the elastic member.
