A method for laser processing a packaging box is provided, which includes feeding a paper material printed with a pattern on the front side thereof to a cutting machine by back feeding using an automatic paper feeder; performing edge finding on the rear side of the paper material, and forming indentations on the rear side of the paper material corresponding to where the pattern is on the front side; conveying the paper material to a laser cutting machine to perform registration marking on the rear side of the paper material before laser cutting; and finally performing laser cutting based on the registration markings to obtain a packaging box with the pattern printed on the front side and the indentations formed on the rear side.

Method for laser processing packaging box

A laser cutting and engraving machine with a fire safety mechanism, comprising a machine body, a laser engraving mechanism provided in the machine body, and a work platform. The laser engraving mechanism is mounted on a work track and is movable along the work track to cut or engrave a workpiece provided on the work platform. The fire safety mechanism is provided in the machine body. The fire safety mechanism comprises a fire source sensing unit, a fire extinguishing unit, and a control unit, in which the control unit is electrically connected to the fire source sensing unit and the fire extinguishing unit, and it receives and processes a signal delivered from the fire source sensing unit to determine if the machine body is ignited and thereby controlling the activation of the fire extinguishing unit.

Laser cutting and engraving machine having fire safety mechanism

A detecting method for printing material boundary of a large UV inkjet printer includes steps of performing a full-field scanning process at a first scanning speed by a photosensitive element disposed on an inkjet module to cause a sensing device to produce induced voltage signals corresponding to different positions below sequentially in order to determine rough coordinate positions of two opposite sides of the printing material based on the changes of the induced voltage signals, and to define detailed scanning areas including the rough coordinate positions of the two opposite sides; and performing a detailed scanning process for the detailed scanning areas along an opposite direction at a second scanning speed slower than the first scanning speed by the photosensitive element in order to obtain boundary coordinate positions of the two opposite sides of the printing material based on the changes of the induced voltage signals.
