The method also includes: displaying the first target data in a display interface; designating a space on the display interface for the second target data; and generating a mask layer. The mask layer has a size matching the designated space and covers the second target data. The method also includes determining a target region based on a user operation performed on the designated space; and displaying the second target data in the target region.
