A PFM control circuit includes a switching circuit, a slope-decision circuit, a flip-flop, a first and a second comparison circuits. The first comparison circuit outputs a first signal according to an output voltage of a power conversion circuit. The switching circuit outputs a switching signal according to an output current of the power conversion circuit. The slope-decision circuit outputs a slope modulation voltage, and determines a slope modulation voltage with a first or a second slope according to the switching signal. The second comparison circuit outputs the second signal according to the slope modulation voltage. The flip-flop outputs a control signal to the power conversion circuit according to the first and the second signals. When the slope modulation voltage has the first or the second slope, the control signal has a first or a second frequency accordingly. The first frequency is higher than the second frequency.

A charging system includes: an input voltage supply circuit; a control circuit coupled to the input voltage supply circuit, configured to control the input voltage supply circuit to generate an input voltage according to a battery voltage of a target battery; and a charging circuit, coupled to the control circuit, configured to receive the input voltage and to provide a charging current to charge the target battery. The input voltage is generated according to a function that takes the battery voltage as a parameter. A wireless device includes a radio-frequency module, a modem module, and a control unit. The radio-frequency module and the modem module operate either in a first operation mode or in a second operation mode. The control unit, coupled to the RF and the modem module, generates a control signal to indicate to the RF and the modem module to operate in the first operation mode or to operate in the second operation mode. A first set of signal formats corresponding to the first operation mode is a superset of a second set of signal formats corresponding to the second operation mode, and a first power consumption corresponding to the first operation mode is higher than a second power consumption corresponding to the second operation mode.

Device and method for controlling frequency resonance point of an antenna

The present invention relates to an apparatus for frequency conversion, comprising: an analog-to-digital (A/D) converter, receiving and sampling an input signal according to a sampling frequency for producing a first digital signal, and the sampling frequency and the frequency of the input signal having a correspondence; a sign conversion circuit, used for receiving the first digital signal, and performing a sign conversion on the first digital signal and producing a second digital signal; a first switching module, used for selecting one of the first digital signal and the second digital signal as an output signal according to the sampling frequency; a filter, coupled to the first switching module, used for filtering the output signal from the first switching module, and producing a filter signal; and a second switching module, coupled to the filter, used for outputting the filter signal to a first output path or a second output path alternately according to the sampling frequency. Thereby, according to the present invention, by means of the correspondence between the sampling frequency and the frequency of the input signal, the use of a filter and an A/D converter can be saved, and thus reducing circuit area and cost.

The present invention relates to a gain control circuit, which detects an output signal of a front-end circuit to produce a detection signal. An operation unit performs an accumulation operation to the detection signal and thereby produces an operation signal. In addition, the operation unit also resets the operation unit according to a reset signal. A reset unit produces the reset signal for every predetermined interval of time. A control unit produces a control signal according to the operation signal and a first threshold value for controlling an output gain of the front-end circuit.
