A method for fault isolation includes: acquiring a thermal imaging picture of a surface of a to-be-tested chip, the thermal imaging picture being obtained by scanning the to-be-tested chip to which a test signal is applied through an infrared thermal imaging device, and analyzing the thermal imaging picture to obtain a phase angle of each point on the surface of the to-be-tested chip; acquiring a three-dimensional image of the surface of the to-be-tested chip, the three-dimensional image being obtained by scanning the to-be-tested chip to which the test signal is applied through an image scanning device, and analyzing the three-dimensional image to obtain a three-dimensional coordinate of each point on the surface of the to-be-tested chip; calculating a three-dimensional coordinate of the fault in the to-be-tested chip according to the phase angle and the three-dimensional coordinate of each point on the surface of the to-be-tested chip.

Method and apparatus for fault isolation, computer device, medium and program product

A co-rotating self-cleaning multi-screw extruder with a speed ratio of 2.5 and an extruding method therefor are disclosed. The screw mechanism includes a center screw and peripheral screws which rotate in the same direction. The peripheral screws are each of a double threaded structure, and the center screw is of a quintuple threaded structure. The rotation speed of the peripheral screws is 2.5 times that of the center screw, and the peripheral screws are always meshed with the center screw, whereas the adjacent peripheral screws are intermittently meshed with each other. The extruding method therefor is as follows: there is a periodically open space between adjacent peripheral screws, providing the periodical and intermittent mixing action, so that material from different thread grooves is mixed with each other. Meanwhile, the topological chaos action, by which the material is cut into two portions, is formed between the center screw and the peripheral screws, and the chaos mixing is caused by the random motion which is generated from the periodical changes of the channel, so that a periodical action of 'compression-expansion' is achieved. Furthermore, due to the tensile force field action caused by the differences in rotation speed between the center screw and the peripheral screws, the compression preheating and dispersion mixing of the material are achieved. The co-rotating self-cleaning multi-screw extruder effectively improves the efficiency of conveying and mixing of materials.

Co-rotating self-cleaning multi-screw extruder with speed ratio of 2.5 and extruding method therefor

A co-rotating self-cleaning two-screw extruder with a gradual number of threads and through self-cleaning function, and a processing method using the same, are disclosed. The screw assembly in the extruder includes a first screw () and a second screw () that co-rotate at the same speed in engagement; the first screw () includes a first single threaded element, a first transition element, a multiple threaded element, a second transition element and a second single threaded element that are connected in sequence; and the second screw () includes a first single threaded element, a third transition element, a multiple threaded element, a fourth transition element and a second single threaded element that are connected in sequence. The materials are transferred by rotation of the first () and second screws (), and get their respective compositions mixed based on the structure of a gradual number of threads; with the flow passage expanded, contracted and re-expanded in shape in sequence, the materials undergo the single-to-multiple threaded, multiple-to-single threaded and again single-to-multiple threaded chaotic mixing in sequence; and the first and second screws achieve the self-cleaning effect by wiping each other.

A self-cleaning plasticizing venting and extruding apparatus by co-rotating non-twin multi-screws and a method thereof are provided, said apparatus comprises a screw mechanism, barrel, feeding port, venting port, discharging port, and driving mechanism. Said screw mechanism comprises non-uniform central screw and lateral screws, the axis of the central screw coincides with the barrel, and the lateral screws are provided on both sides of the central screw and engaged with the central screw; the contour lines of the threads of said central screw and said lateral screws are tangent to the inner wall of the barrel; and said driving mechanism is connected to the central screw and lateral screws. Each screw-uses an asymmetrical flow channel shape, so the flow space is asymmetric, and the compounding intensity and effectiveness enhanced. The dispersion and mixing effects are excellent, generating a self-cleaning effect. The system is suitable for high yield nano-material processing.
