A striking device includes a swing arm unit, an impact member and two restoring units. Each of the restoring units includes a stationary seat removably connected to the swing arm unit, a moving seat removably and co-movably connected to the impact member, first and second coupling sets, and a resilient member interconnecting the stationary seat and the moving seat to bias the moving seat toward the stationary seat. For each of the restoring units, two portions of the first coupling set are formed respectively on the stationary seat and the swing arm unit and coupled removably with each other, and two portions of the second coupling set are formed respectively on the moving seat and the impact member and coupled removably with each other.

Striking device

An electric nail gun includes a supporting frame, a swing arm, a driving unit, and a safety unit. The swing arm has a driven segment and is pivotable relative to the supporting frame between a standby position and a shooting position. The driving unit includes a driving member in contact with the driven segment of the swing arm and operable for moving the swing arm towards the shooting position. The safety unit has a stopping member that is driven by the driving member to move relative to the driven segment between a stopping position, where the stopping member blocks movement of the driven segment, and a releasing position, where the movement of the swing arm towards the shooting position is permitted.

Electric nail gun

A nail gun includes a power module, a magazine module and a detection module. The power module performs a nail-driving operation by receiving a first pressure, and is prevented from receiving the first pressure when the power module is subjected to a second pressure. The detection module includes a valve rod and a detection member operable to pivot between an unsealing position and a sealing position. The detection member is moved to the sealing position when the number of the nails in the magazine module is less than a predetermined amount.

Nail gun

A safety member is adapted for use in a muzzle of a nail gun. The muzzle defines a nail passage that is for passage of a nail, and a gap that spatially communicates with the nail passage. The safety member is slidable in a nail striking direction of the nail, and includes a slider adapted to be disposed in the gap, and having a flat surface, a platform and an abutment end. The flat surface is adapted to face the plate member. The platform protrudes from the flat surface toward the plate member and cooperates with the plate member to define a nail ejection opening therebetween. The abutment end extends from the platform and extends beyond the nail ejection opening for contact with an object to be fastened.

Safety member and muzzle of nail gun having the same

A nail gun includes a gun body, a power module, a muzzle module and an switchable trigger module. The muzzle module includes a contact arm resiliently maintained at a normal position. The switchable trigger module includes a transmission unit, a trigger arm unit and a trigger unit. The transmission unit includes a transmission member that is connected to the contact arm. The trigger unit includes a trigger member and a blocking member. The trigger member is operable to move between a sequential firing position and a repetitive firing position.

Nail gun and switchable trigger device thereof

A nail gun includes a gun body, a power module, a muzzle module and an operation module. The muzzle module includes a contact arm resiliently maintained at a normal position. The operation module includes a transmission unit and a trigger unit. The transmission unit includes a transmission member that is connected to the contact arm. The trigger unit includes a trigger member, a trigger arm and a switch member. The trigger arm is mounted in the trigger member, and abuts against the transmission member when the trigger member is not depressed. The switch member is operable to move between a sequential firing position and a repetitive firing position.

Nail gun and operation device thereof

A nail gun includes a muzzle device, a cartridge device and a driving device. The muzzle device includes a safety member having an abutment end retractable when pushed. The cartridge device includes a stop member for blocking the drive stroke when a number of the nails is less than a predetermined number. The driving device includes a linking member co-movable with the safety member, and a trigger unit including a pivotable trigger, an inner arm co-movable with the trigger, and a switch member. When the switch member is at a sequential striking position and when the trigger is pivoted before a rearward movement of the linking member, the inner arm is withdrawn from a route of the rearward movement to avoid actuation of the drive stroke.

Nail gun and a driving device thereof

A pneumatic device includes a cylinder, a buffer member and a piston unit. The cylinder includes a cylinder wall defining an air chamber. The buffer member has a tubular wall that defines a communicating hole. The tubular wall has a length greater than the wall thickness thereof. The piston unit includes a sealing member, and a rod member movably extending through the communicating hole. The rod member has a driven section received within the air chamber and mounted with the sealing member. The piston unit is movable between a restoring position where the driven section is spaced apart from the buffer member, and an impact position where at least one of the driven section and the sealing member is in contact with the buffer member.

Pneumatic device for a pneumatic saw

A blade holding device for securely holding a saw blade includes a holding unit, a sleeve member, a retaining unit, and a shell. The holding unit includes a clamp member and an insert. The clamp member has two half portions defining a gap for receiving the saw blade, a slot extending through one of the half portions, and an abutment surface. The insert is inserted into the slot, abuts against the abutment surface, and has a threaded hole. The sleeve member surrounds the half portions of the clamp member without blocking the threaded hole. The retaining unit includes a fastening member extending threadedly through the threaded hole for pressing against the saw blade. The shell surrounds the sleeve member and the clamp member.
