A laser radar includes a light source, a scanning mirror, a detector, and a reflector group. The scanning mirror includes an emitting reflective surface and a receiving reflective surface. The reflector group includes a first reflector and a second reflector. An included angle between the first reflector and the second reflector is a first included angle, an included angle between an incident laser beam of the emitting reflective surface and an emergent laser beam of the receiving reflective surface is a second included angle, and the second included angle is twice the first included angle. The emitting reflective surface is configured to reflect the laser beam emitted by the light source. The receiving reflective surface is configured to reflect, to the detector, the laser beam reflected back by an object. The reflect group is configured to change a propagation direction of the laser beam.

Laser radar

Embodiments of this application provide a laser scanning apparatus, which is a key component of a Lidar and may be used in fields such as autonomous driving and intelligent driving. The scanning apparatus includes: a scanning micromirror chip, a packaging shell, and a packaging component. The scanning micromirror chip includes a scanning micromirror and a laser, where the scanning micromirror and the laser are integrated at different positions of the scanning micromirror chip. The packaging shell is located on the scanning micromirror chip, and forms a hollow structure together with the scanning micromirror chip. Both the laser and the packaging component are located in the hollow structure. In addition, the packaging component is fixed on the packaging shell, and is configured to collimate and reflect a beam emitted by the laser, and emit an output beam to the scanning micromirror.

Laser scanning apparatus

Embodiments of this application disclose a laser measurement system and a laser radar. In one aspect, a laser measurement system includes N laser ranging components, a reflector, and MEMS micromirror. The N laser ranging components can emit an emergent light beam onto the reflector. The reflector can perform optical path reflecting on the emergent light beam and emit the reflected emergent light beam onto the MEMS micromirror. The MEMS micromirror can change a direction of the emergent light beam to implement two-dimensional scanning, change a direction of an echo light beam, and emit this beam onto the reflector. The reflector can perform optical path reflecting on the echo light beam and emit this beam onto the N laser ranging components. The N laser ranging components can receive the echo light beam and perform ranging based on a time difference between the emergent light beam and the echo light beam.

Laser measurement module and laser radar

An optical receiver is disclosed, including an optoelectronic detector, a transimpedance amplification (TIA) circuit, a single-ended-to-differential converter, an I/O interface, and a controller. The optoelectronic detector, having bandwidth lower than required system transmission bandwidth, converts an optical signal into a current signal. The TIA circuit compensate gain for the received current signal based on a received control signal, to obtain a voltage signal, where a frequency response value of the current signal within first bandwidth is greater than that within the bandwidth of the optoelectronic detector, and any frequency in the first bandwidth is not lower than an upper cut-off frequency of the optoelectronic detector. The single-ended-to-differential converter converts the voltage signal into a differential voltage signal. The I/O interface outputs the differential voltage signal. The controller generates the control signal based on the differential voltage signal. The optical receiver disclosed can reduce costs while ensuring signal quality.

Optical receiver

A tunable laser includes a reflective semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA), a grating codirectional coupler, and a reflective microring resonator. The grating codirectional coupler and the reflective microring resonator are both formed on a silicon base. An anti-reflection film is disposed on a first end surface of the reflective SOA, and the first end surface is an end surface, coupled to a first waveguide of the grating codirectional coupler, of the reflective SOA. A second waveguide of the grating codirectional coupler is coupled to the first waveguide, a first grating is disposed on the first waveguide, a second grating disposed opposite to the first grating is disposed on the second waveguide, and the first grating and the second grating constitute a narrow-band pass filter. The second waveguide is connected to the reflective microring resonator.

An ADD/DROP filter and an optical add/drop multiplexer are disclosed. An ADD/DROP filter includes an input port, an output port, an add port connecting to a modulator, and a drop port. The modulator is configured to load a pilot signal to a first optical signal to obtain a second optical signal, and transmit the second optical signal to the add port. A third optical signal is input to the input port. A wavelength difference between the second optical signal and the third optical signal is an integral multiple of a free spectral range. A power detector is connected to the output port and/or the drop port. The power detector is configured to obtain an output optical signal from the output port or the drop port and detect an optical power of the output optical signal.

Add/drop filter and optical add/drop multiplexer

An optical module structure includes a substrate, an optical chip and an electrical chip that are fixedly coupled to the substrate. The optical module structure further includes an optical coupling structure fixedly coupled to the optical chip. A side of the optical chip that faces the substrate has a first reference plane, and at least one first alignment mark is provided on the first reference plane. The optical coupling structure has a second reference plane, and at least one second alignment mark is provided on the second reference plane. The first reference plane is aligned with the second reference plane, and the first alignment mark is aligned with the second alignment mark.

Optical module structure and fabrication method for optical module structure

A reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexer includes N input ports, N output ports, M add ports and M drop ports. Each of the N input ports and each of the M add ports is respectively connected to one first polarizer. Each of the N output ports and each of the M drop ports is respectively connected to one second polarizer. A first end of the first polarizer is connected to a second end of the first polarizer, forming a loop including the first polarizer. A first end of the second polarizer is connected to a second end of the second polarizer, forming a loop including the second polarizer. An annular waveguide array is between a loop Land a loop L. A first polarizer included in the loop Lis connected to an iinput port. A second polarizer included in the loop Lis connected to a joutput port.

Reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexer

The present disclosure relates to optical receivers. One example optical receiver includes an optoelectronic detector, a transimpedance amplification (TIA) circuit, a single-ended-to-differential converter, an I/O interface, and a controller. The optoelectronic detector, having bandwidth lower than required system transmission bandwidth, converts an optical signal into a current signal. An electro-optic modulator includes an input waveguide, a beam splitter connected to the input waveguide, a modulation arm that is disposed on each branch of the beam splitter and modulates a signal. Each modulation arm is correspondingly disposed with a first layer electrode and a second layer electrode. The first layer electrode is a high-frequency traveling wave electrode and is configured to change carrier concentration in the modulation arm, the second layer electrode is a direct current electrode having an inductor function, and an inductor formed in the second layer electrode is connected to the first layer electrode. The electro-optic modulator has functions of a bias tee, so that integration of the electro-optic modulator can be improved without affecting its performance. High-density packaging layout difficulty and cabling pressure can be effectively reduced, and cabling and packaging of a multi-channel high-speed signal on a base board can be implemented.
