A display apparatus includes a first pad group, a first light-emitting element, a pixel driving structure, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer is disposed between the first pad group and the pixel driving structure. The first conductive layer includes a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern is electrically connected to one of the plurality of first pads and the pixel driving structure. The second conductive pattern is electrically connected to another one of the plurality of first pads. The first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern have a first light-transmitting gap. The first light-transmitting gap is located below the first light-emitting element. The second conductive layer is disposed between the first conductive layer and the pixel driving structure. The second conductive layer includes a third conductive pattern shielding the first light-transmitting gap.

Display apparatus

A light-emitting device including a first substrate, a first active element, a barrier layer, a first photosensitive element, a flat layer, and a first light-emitting diode is provided. The first active element is on the first substrate. The barrier layer is on the first active element. The first photosensitive element is on the barrier layer. The flat layer is on the first photosensitive element, and the first photosensitive element is between the barrier layer and the flat layer. The first light-emitting diode is on the flat layer. The first light-emitting diode includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode is electrically connected to the first active element. The first photosensitive element is not completely shielded by the first electrode in a normal direction of the first substrate. The light-emitting layer is on the first electrode. The second electrode is on the light-emitting layer.

Light-emitting device including photosensor for the detection of Mura defects

A display device includes readout line, first circuit, second circuit, and third circuit. Readout line includes first side and second side. First side is opposite to the second side. Each of first circuit, second circuit, and third circuit is coupled to readout line. Each of first circuit and third circuit is located at first side of readout line. First circuit resets according to first scan signal at first stage. Second circuit is located at second side of readout line. Second circuit and first circuit are arranged in dislocation manner. Second circuit reads first light sensing signal to output to readout line according to first scan signal at first stage. Third circuit and second circuit are arranged in dislocation manner, and third circuit is directly adjacent to first circuit. Third circuit senses light so as to generate second light sensing signal according to second scan signal at first stage.

Display device

A touch display panel including a pixel defining layer, a first light emitting structure, a second light emitting structure, a first light sensing device and a touch electrode layer is provided. The pixel defining layer has a first pixel opening and a second pixel opening. The first light sensing device is adjacently disposed on a first side of the first pixel opening. A first edge defining a first electrode opening of the touch electrode layer and a second edge defining the first pixel opening of the pixel defining layer have a first spacing on the first side of the first pixel opening. A third edge defining a second electrode opening of the touch electrode layer and a fourth edge defining the second pixel opening of the pixel defining layer have a second spacing on a side of the second pixel opening. The first spacing is greater than the second spacing.

Touch display panel

A touch display device includes a touch detecting circuit and a processor. The touch detecting circuit is configured to detect a first touch signal and a second touch signal. The processor is configured to record a first time point when the first touch signal is received, and record a second time point when the second touch signal is received. The processor is configured to calculate a time difference between the first time point and the second time point, if the time difference is larger than or equal to a threshold, the processor is configured to adjust the first touch signal and the second touch signal according to a baseline.

Touch display device

A light sensing pixel including a first transistor, a compensation circuit, an output circuit, a capacitor and a light sensing circuit is provided. The control terminal of the first transistor is coupled with a first node. The first terminal of the first transistor is configured to receive a first operation voltage or a second operation voltage lower than the first operation voltage. The compensation circuit is configured to detect a threshold voltage of the first transistor, and is configured to form a diode-connected structure with the first transistor. The output circuit is coupled between the second terminal of the first transistor and a sensing line. The capacitor is coupled between the first node and the light sensing circuit. In response to the light sensing circuit is illuminated by light, the first terminal of the capacitor and the second terminal of the capacitor generate voltage variations simultaneously.

The second switch includes a first end coupled to the second end of the first switch, a control end for receiving a second scan signal, and a second end. Pixel driving circuit, driving method thereof and display panel

A color display apparatus includes pixels P(i, j) arranged in a matrix having M columns and N rows, where i=1, 2, . . . , M, j=1, 2 . . . , N. A plurality of pixel pairs is defined along either the columns or the rows. Each pixel pair includes one pixel P(i, j) and the next immediate pixel, where if i is an odd integer, j is an odd integer, and if i is an even integer, j is an even integer. Each pixel pair has a first subpixel configured to display a first color and symmetrically positioned across the pixels, a pair of second subpixels configured to display a second color and symmetrically positioned in the pixels respectively, and a pair of third subpixels configured to display a third color and symmetrically positioned in the pixels respectively. The first subpixel is positioned between the pair of second subpixels.

Pixel arrangement of color display apparatus

A pixel unit, method for sensing touch of an object, and a display apparatus incorporating the same are provided. The display apparatus includes a data line. The pixel unit includes a first switch circuit electrically connected to the data line and a sensing circuit electrically connected to the first switch circuit. The sensing circuit generates a signal in response to the touch of the object, while the signal is transmitted through the data line with the first switch circuit turned on. In addition, the display apparatus further includes a readout line. The pixel unit further includes a second switch circuit electrically connected to the readout line. The sensing circuit is electrically connected to the second switch circuit. In a first time period, the sensing circuit receives a reference voltage via the first switch circuit. Then the signal generated by the touch of the object is transmitted through the readout line via the second switch circuit in a second time period.

A light emitting diode circuitry includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a storage capacitor, a fifth transistor, a sixth transistor and light emitting diodes. The first transistor is used for receiving a first control signal. The second transistor is used for receiving a second control signal. The third transistor is electrically coupled to the second transistor and the first transistor. The fourth transistor is used for receiving a data signal and a third control signal. The storage capacitor is electrically coupled to the second transistor. The fifth transistor is used for receiving a fourth control signal. The sixth transistor is used for receiving a fifth control signal. The light emitting diodes are coupled to the sixth transistor and a power source.

A touch display panel includes a first substrate, a pixel array on the first substrate in a display region, first lead lines located on the first substrate in a non-display region and electrically connected to the pixel array, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, a display medium layer between the first and second substrates, a touch device layer disposed on the second substrate and having a portion in a first touch region within the display region and the other portion in a second touch region within the non-display region, and second lead lines located on the second substrate and electrically connected to the touch device layer. The material of the touch device layer in the first and second touch regions is the same. The second lead lines extend from the first touch region to an edge of the second substrate through the second touch region.

A display array. The display array applied in the panel of an organic light emitting display device comprises a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines and a plurality of display units. Each display unit corresponds to one set of the data and scan lines and comprises a control unit, a driving transistor and a light emitting diode. In each display unit, the control unit adjusts light-emitting intensity of the light emitting diode in a frame cycle time according to the driving capability of the driving transistor.

A method of fabricating a pixel structure for use in an electroluminescent panel includes the following steps. A substrate is provided. Three shadow masks having a plurality of first, second, and third openings patterned in an array of T shaped are respectively provided, and three evaporation processes using the three shadow masks are subsequently performed to form a plurality of first subpixel units, second subpixel units and third subpixel units respectively. One first subpixel of the first subpixel unit, one second subpixel of the second subpixel unit adjacent to the first subpixel unit, and one third subpixel of the third subpixel unit adjacent to the first subpixel unit form a display pixel unit.

Method of fabricating pixel structure

A light emitting diode (OLED) display and pixel driving method thereof are disclosed. Each storage capacitor is discharged via the driving TFT and OLED until conductive current of each OLED is almost zero so as to record a sum of a voltage drop across each OLED under a specific condition and the threshold voltage of the driving TFT. By using the sum of the voltage drop across each OLED and the threshold voltage of the corresponding TFT in the subsequent OLED driving process, the luminance reduction issue caused by TFT threshold-voltage shift and OLED material decay can be solved.
