The disclosure discloses a nicotinamide dummy template surface molecularly imprinted polymer, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chemical materials. The preparation method of the disclosure includes the steps of preparing a modified silica gel carrier, preparing a dummy template surface molecularly imprinted polymer and the like. The disclosure uses nicotinamide, a structural analogue of imidacloprid and acetamiprid, as a dummy template to prepare a silica gel surface molecularly imprinted polymer. The polymer not only can effectively avoid pollution caused by the leakage of template molecules, but also can specifically remove imidacloprid and acetamiprid from water-soluble tea extracts. The removal rate of imidacloprid and acetamiprid is greater than 96% and 93%, respectively, and the loss of tea polyphenols in the extracts is less than 10%. In addition, the molecularly imprinted adsorption column prepared by the disclosure can be eluted with ethanol solution, and the eluted adsorption column can be recycled, so the disclosure can be well applied to the preparation technology of tea extracts and has good application prospects.

The refrigerant distributor includes a perforated plate having multiple holes, each hole extends from a top surface of the perforated plate to a bottom surface of the perforated plate, and a center point of each hole is substantially aligned with a centerline of a respective evaporating tube.

The blade comprises a blade tip, a blade root, a leading edge, a trailing edge, an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface and lower surface are disposed opposite each other; the blade tip, the blade root, the leading edge and the trailing edge surround the upper surface and the lower surface, and connect the upper surface and the lower surface. The blade is rotatable about a rotation axis, the rotation axis being perpendicular to a normal plane. The blade tip comprises a blade tip base part and a blade tip trailing part, the blade tip base part being close to the leading edge, and the blade tip trailing part being close to the trailing edge and being bent upwards relative to the blade tip base part. An angle of attack of a chord of the blade tip trailing part is greater than an angle of attack of a chord of the blade tip base part, wherein the angle of attack is an acute included angle between the chord and the normal plane. The blade of the present application can provide a large air volume, and has higher static pressure and higher efficiency.

The present application discloses an impeller for a centrifugal fan and a centrifugal fan. The impeller comprises a support member and several vanes. The support member has an inner wall that defines a hollow portion. The several vanes are arranged inside the hollow portion, each of the several vanes is connected with the inner wall and extends along the axial direction of the support member, and the several vanes are arranged along the circumferential direction of the support member. Each of the several vanes is bent and comprises a front edge, a tail edge, a convex suction surface, and a concave pressure surface, the suction surface and the pressure surface are arranged to oppose each other, and the front edge and the tail edge are arranged to oppose each other, wherein the tail edge is connected with the inner wall of the support member, and wherein several protrusions are provided on the suction surface, and the several protrusions are arranged to be close to the front edge. The protrusions can regulate the flow of a fluid immediately when the fluid contacts the vanes. During the flow regulation process, a large vortex in the fluid can be divided into several small vortices. Such small vortices have smaller friction resistance, and the kinetic energy dissipated from the motion of the small vortices themselves can be partially cancelled out, thereby reducing the noise of the impeller and improving the performance of the centrifugal fan.

The mutant enzymes, Dpo4 A181D and Dpo4 E63K, are constructed based on the wild-type Dpo4 derived fromto obtain Dpo4DNA polymerase mutants with increased DNA processivity. The extension length of Dpo4 A181D and Dpo4 E63K are respectively increased by 25% and 18.8% than that of the wild-type Dpo4. The fidelity of Dpo4 A181D and wild-type Dpo4 are similar, and the fidelity of Dpo4 E63K is increased from that of the wild-type Dpo4. In summary, the mutants Dpo4 A181D and Dpo4 E63K obtained by the present invention have increased processivity compared to that of the wild-type Dpo4 DNA polymerase.
