Provided are a lens driving device, a camera device, and an electronic apparatus that are capable of smoothly guiding a lens support. A lens driving device () includes a lens support () configured to support a lens, a frame member () surrounding a periphery of the lens support (), and a plurality of guiding mechanisms (to) configured to guide the lens support () relative to the frame member () in a freely movable manner. Each of the plurality of guiding mechanisms (to) includes a first guiding portion (to) formed in the frame member (), a second guiding portion (to) formed in the lens support (), and balls (to) arranged between the first guiding portion (to) and the second guiding portion (to). The first guiding portion () is formed with use of a first frame member () and a second frame member () that are separate members.

Lens driving device, camera device, and electronic apparatus

A lens actuating device includes a fixed member, an adjustable member, a driving unit and a movable support unit. The adjustable member is movably disposed in the fixed member along an optical axis, and has a lens module disposed therein. The driving unit is disposed between the fixed member and the adjustable member to provide a driving force for the adjustable member. The movable support unit is disposed at one side of the adjustable member opposite to the driving unit and has a first guiding structure formed on an inner side of the fixed member parallel to the optical axis, a second guiding structure, and a plurality of rolling members. The rolling members are configured into two rows and are disposed between the first and second guiding structures to fix the seconding guiding structure such that the displacement of the adjustable member is constrained along the optical axis.

Lens actuating device

A lens displacement device includes a flexible piece, a fixed element and a mobile element. The flexible piece has a support, a flexible part and an oscillation absorber. The flexible part connects to the support and at least one gap exists between the flexible part and the support. The oscillation absorber is installed in the gap between the flexible part and the support. Moreover, the fixed element couples to the support of the flexible piece, and the mobile element couples to the flexible part of the flexible piece. Furthermore, the flexible part of the flexible piece is deformed in shape for providing a restoration force with the mobile element. A manufacturing process of the flexible piece is also disclosed.

Lens driving device, flexible piece and the method for manufacturing the flexible piece

A lens activating device includes at least one elastic piece, at least one stationary piece and a movable piece. At least one elastic piece has at least four sheet portions and four sets of elastic portions. Each set of the elastic portions are serpentine and connected between two sheet portions in order to make the at least one elastic piece form a closed ring. The stationary piece is connected to two sheet portions, and the movable portion is connected to the other two sheet portions. The elastic force generated by the four sets of elastic portions exerts a restoring force on the movable piece. Via this arrangement, the slight rotation of the movable piece within the lens activating device can be reduced. Further, the problem that the elastic piece may scrape the neighboring elements can be prevented.

Lens activating device

The present invention discloses a positioning control apparatus which receives a moving command and a feedback signal outputted from a controlled device, and controls the controlled device for moving and positioning. The positioning control apparatus includes a first control loop, a second control loop and an arbitration module with a dead point default value, wherein the first control loop is used to control the controlled device moving in response to the error of the moving command and the feedback signal, on the other hand, the second control loop is used to control the controlled device positioning. Furthermore, the arbitration module compares the default value of dead point with the moving command so as to enable either the first control loop or the second control loop.

Apparatus and method for positioning control

The present invention provides a lens displacement device, applicable for moving micro image-capturing module lens, wherein the lens displacement device comprises: a lens slide base, a first hollow magnet, a hollow magnetic conducting plate, a second hollow magnet and a hollow coil. A first magnetic pole side of the hollow magnetic conducting plate is magnetically connected to the first hollow magnet, and a second magnetic pole side of the hollow magnetic conducting plate is magnetically connected to the second hollow magnet, which combined to form a magnetically connected assembly. The hollow coil is placed at the outer or inner perimeter of the magnetically connected assembly, and the hollow coil surrounds the magnetically connected assembly and they have a gap in-between them to allow for sliding. Herein the lens slide base rigidly connects the first hollow magnet of the magnetically connected assembly or the hollow coil.

Lens displacement device

A voice coil motor device for positioning is disclosed. The voice coil motor device for positioning includes a fixed element, a moving element and a connector. The moving element is movably disposed on the fixed element. One end of the connector is connected with the fixed element and the other end of the connector is connected with the moving element. A piezoelectric element is disposed on the connector or deposed between the moving element and the fixed element. The piezoelectric element can be deformed with the movement of the moving element to generate a displacement signal of a moving element. The positioning of the voice coil motor can be achieved precisely basing on the judgment on the displacement signal of the moving element generated with the movement of the moving element by the piezoelectric element.

A lens actuating apparatus includes a fixed part, a moving part and at least one flexible part. The moving part is movably located on the fixed part. The flexible part has four contacting portions that form a hollow enclosed body. Two contacting portions that are located at the diagonal direction fasten the fixing part, and the other two contacting portions that are located at another diagonal direction contact the moving part. When the moving part has a movement related to the fixed part, the contacting portions of the flexible part contacted the moving part move far away from the fixed part. Thereby, the moved contacting portions exert a flexible recovery force to the moving part. The flexible part can be fully utilized in a limited space and does not affect the allocation of the other elements.

Lens actuating apparatus

A method and an apparatus for estimating the position of a moving part of a linear actuator are provided. The method comprises the following steps. Move the moving part towards a target position. Receive magnetic signals generated by the magneto-resistive sensor of the linear actuator, which include a sine signal and a cosine signal. Then, generate a first square wave, a second square wave, and a regional square wave based on the sine signal and the cosine signal. Generate a saw-tooth wave based on the sine signal, the cosine signal, the second square wave, and the regional square wave. Next, calculate the number of regions which the moving part is across from the origin point based on the first square wave, the second square wave, and the regional square wave. Finally, estimate the current position of the moving part based on the saw-tooth wave and the number of regions.

Method and apparatus for estimating the position of a moving part of a linear actuator

A method and apparatus for making multiple layer optical discs is applied to separate the base plate from the mold plate. The apparatus includes a first adhesive ending groove, a mold plate, a sealing member and an air-blowing axle. The adhesive does not cover the area around the first and second openings and the first and second adhesive ending grooves, so an enclosed cavity is formed between the first and second openings. The air-blowing axle passes through the second opening and encloses the cavity but leaves injestion ports in the cavity so that air can be injected into the cavity for separating the base plate and the mold plate while the second recording layer and the adhesive layer adhere to the base plate.

Apparatus for making multi-layer optical discs

The invention pertains to a method for determining whether a rotor is good in magnetic induction by measuring the electromotive force (emf) of a motor. A standard stator of the motor is prepared as the standard of measurement. A set of induction coil is wound upon the standard stator so that when the rotor is combined with the standard stator and is subject to running by a driver, the induction coil can detect the back-emf signal generated by the rotor, by which the rotor quality can be determined. Since the measuring method disclosed in the invention is performed within the closed system composed of the rotor and the stator, the result is not only close to a real motor in rotation, the detection is simple and free from the problem of axis alignment. Thus, this method can increase the production efficiency of the product line.

Method for determining whether a rotor is good in magnetic induction by measuring the EMF of a motor

A film layer separation device for multilayer disks is disclosed. With the help of a stamper made of magnetic materials, the film layer separation is achieved through the attractive force imposed on the stamper by electromagnetic tearing. The device contains at least: a stamper supporter for supporting the stamper, an electromagnetic attraction device, and a base fixture. To distribute the electromagnetic force on the stamper evenly, the electromagnetic attraction device can have an array of homogeneously disposed electromagnetic iron cores and a conductive coil that can generate a magnetic force. Thus, there will be no localized stress when tearing.

Film layer separation device for multi-layer disks

The specification discloses a braking method for a single-phase motor, which is applied to a single-phase DC brushless motor driven by a three-phase motor driving IC. The invention uses a control unit to compute the rotational speed of the single-phase motor according to a rotation number signal generated by the motor rotational axis. When the rotational speed is below a threshold, the motor driving IC is controlled to stop rotating the single-phase motor. Through the single-phase motor braking method disclosed herein, the problem of unable to determine the rotational direction of a single-phase motor within a three-phase motor driving IC existing in the prior art can be solved by merely modifying the program in the control unit without adding system elements. Since currently the single-phase DC brushless motor and the three-phase motor driving IC have competitive superiority in prices, if the three-phase motor driving IC can directly drive the single-phase DC brushless motor without requiring additional system elements the whole system cost can be lower. On the other hand, this method can avoid the delay problem due to fewer single-phase motor driving IC manufacturers on the market.

Braking method for a single-phase motor

The present invention is a starting method for brushless DC motor and a device for the same, especially adapted to provide the starting method for a single-phase DC brushless motor in an open circuit and the device for the same. According to the art as disclosed in the present invention, there are two successive steps in starting a motor. An oscillator signal is transmitted to the driver at first, which causes the motor to oscillate in both clockwise and counter-clockwise direction. An operating signal is then sent to cause the motor to rotate normally in one direction once the motor is out of the dead initiating position. By that the rotor can be triggered out of the dead initiating position when the motor is going to start and the motor can be smoothly operated under the low cogging torque.
