A measurement system includes a light source configured to emitting a source light, a detection platform configured to support a reference sample and a test sample; a light guiding element on an optical path of the source light; and a detector. The detection platform is configured to synchronously move the reference sample and the test sample on a same surface of the detection platform. The light guiding element is configured to divide the source light into a measurement light and a reference light and guide the measurement light to the test sample, and the reference light to the reference sample. The measurement light reflected by the test sample and the reference light reflected by the reference sample are combined as an interference light. The detector is configured to receive the interference light and obtain optical information of the test sample according to the interference light.

Measurement system based on optical interference and measuring method using same

A fiber assembly () includes a printed circuit board (), an optoelectronic element () defined on the printed circuit board and having a top surface (), a transmission media () optical coupling with the optoelectronic element, and an optical cement () used for fixing the transmission media to the optoelectronic element. A tip end of the transmission media needs not with polishing processing, and the tip end of the transmission media is directly facing to the top surface of the optoelectronic element in order to realization of optical coupling, the optical cement is enclosing on the optoelectronic element and the tip end of the transmission media, the optical cement is filling a space between the transmission media and the optoelectronic element, the refractive index of the optical cement is close unlimitedly to the refractive index of the transmission media.

Fiber assembly

An optical module includes a horizontal base plate, a lens mounted on the base plate, a fiber sleeve, and a board lock. The lens has a front end face and a rear end face corresponding to the front end face. The fiber sleeve is mated with the rear end face of the lens. The fiber sleeve has a front surface and a rear surface. The board lock is mounted at a rear of the fiber sleeve. The board lock has a strain relief base and a cover locking to the strain relief base. The strain relief base has a front wall and a pogo pin forwardly extending beyond the front wall. The fiber sleeve defines a receiving hole in the rear surface for fixing the pogo pin. The cover is retained to the base plate.

Optical module

An optical-electrical connector () having an end for mating with an electrical connector and an opposite end coupling with an optical medium, includes a thermal conductive shell (), a printed circuit board assembly () received in the thermal conductive shell, and an optical-electrical module (). The printed circuit board assembly includes a printed circuit board () including a thermal conductive layer () thermal conductively connected with the metal shell. The optical-electrical module is mounted on the printed circuit board and is in contact with the thermal conductive layer, heat produced by the optical-electrical module being transmitted to the thermal conductive shell by the thermal conductive layer.

Optical-electrical connector having inproved heat sink

A cable connector includes an insulative housing including two sidewalls and a mating slot defined between the two sidewalls, and a plurality of terminals received in the insulative housing. The terminals include contacting portions exposed to the mating slot and connecting portions behind a rear end of the insulating housing. The two sidewalls are loaded with a first row and a second row of the plurality of terminals respectively. The first row includes signal terminals and grounding terminals. A grounding plate is inserted in the insulating housing and between two rows of terminals. The grounding plate defines resilient arms and connecting legs, the resilient arms slant to the first row and touch with the grounding terminals.
