A battery exchange method is implemented in a control device communicatively coupled to a work machine and a battery exchange device. The method includes receiving a battery exchange request from the work machine, calculating a synchronization location and a synchronization time of the work machine and the battery exchange device, generating pre-judgment information, sending the pre judgment information and a synchronization command to the battery exchange device to control the battery exchange device to move toward the work machine according to the pre-judgment information and the synchronization command, continually receiving the first status information from the work machine and second status information from the battery exchange device, determining whether synchronization of the work machine and the battery exchange device is complete, and sending a battery exchange command to the battery exchange device to control the battery exchange device to exchange the battery of the work machine.

Control device and battery exchange method

An electric vehicle automatic charging system includes an electric vehicle including a receiving cavity with an opening and a shutter for closing the opening, a battery assembly receiving in the receiving cavity and a charging device. The battery assembly includes a battery pack including an electrode connecting member and a movable bracket including a magnetic member. The charging device includes a support table, a support plate, an electromagnetic fitting member being capable of generating a magnetic force for attracting the magnetic member, and a charger. When the shutter comes into contact with the support plate, the shutter changes from a closed state to an open state, the movable bracket drives the battery pack to move away from the receiving cavity along the support plate by the magnetic force until the electrode connecting member is electrically connected to the charger. An electric vehicle automatic charging method is also provided.

A variable spacing device includes a support member, a driving member, a number of movable graspers, a limiting block, and a pushing block. The movable graspers are slidably mounted in a line on the support member. Each movable grasper grasps a workpiece. The limiting block is mounted on the support member and arranged in parallel with the pushing member. The limiting block defines first sliding grooves having a length gradually decreasing along a same direction. The pushing block defines second sliding grooves having a length gradually increasing along a same direction. Each movable grasper moves within a corresponding one of the first sliding grooves and a corresponding one of the second sliding grooves. Two sidewalls of each first sliding groove and two sidewalls of each second sliding groove resist movement of the corresponding movable grasper.

Variable spacing device

An automatic turnover device for use in manufacturing includes a support frame, a motor, a pulley, a holding assembly, and a belt. The motor is secured to the support frame. The motor has an output shaft. The pulley is mounted on the output shaft of the motor. The holding assembly is pivotally connected to the support frame. The holding assembly is configured to hold an object. The belt has one end attached to the pulley and another end attached to the holding assembly. The motor is operated to rotate the output shaft in a first direction to tighten the belt and then to rotate in reverse to release the belt, such that a center of gravity of the holding assembly is moved. The holding assembly pivots relative to the support frame from a first horizontal position to a second horizontal position due to its own weight.

Automatic turnover device using gravity

A transport chute includes an upper slide defining an opening, a lower slide coupled to the upper slide, a pivoting plate pivotably coupled to the upper slide, and a resilient member coupled between the pivoting plate and the lower slide. The pivoting plate is configured to open and close the opening. The resilient member is configured to drive the pivoting plate to close the opening after the opening is opened. A workpiece is transported from the upper slide to the lower slide through the opening.

Transport chute and assembly line using same

A positional stop device includes a base body, a lever, a driving element, and a retaining member. The lever is rotatablely arranged on the base body, a first end of the lever couples to the driving element, and a second end of the lever couples to the retaining member. The driving element is partially exposed out of the base body. The retaining member is moveablely received in the base body. When the slider of a pneumatic rodless cylinder slides along a first direction, the driving element is driven by the slider to move along a second direction and be fully received in the base body. The lever is driven by the driving element to rotate around the base body. The retaining member is driven by the lever to move along a third direction and to be partially exposed out of the base body to stops the slider from sliding.

Positional stop device

A testing apparatus for testing a circuit board is disclosed, which includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and an adaptor circuit board. A plurality of positioning units is received in the lower plate. Each positioning unit has a plurality of length-variable test probes secured therein. Each test probe has a shell and upper and lower probe ends at opposite ends of the shell. In test, the circuit board is put on the lower plate and the upper plate is lowered to push the circuit board and the lower plate toward the adaptor circuit board. The upper ends of the test probes engage with electrical connectors of the circuit board and the lower ends thereof engage with the adaptor circuit board whereby test of the circuit board can be automatically performed by the testing apparatus.

Testing apparatus for testing electrical circuit board having electrical connectors thereon

A cylinder includes a curved cylinder body, a first support member, and a piston assembly. The curved cylinder body defines a gas chamber passing through opposite ends. The first support member includes a support housing slidably mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder body and a first permanent magnet securely mounted in the support housing. The piston assembly received in the gas chamber includes a first piston member and a second piston member rotatably coupled to the first piston member. The first and second piston members respectively have a second permanent magnet which is arranged to be attracted to the first permanent magnet. When the piston assembly moves along the curved cylinder body from the first end to the second end in the gas chamber, the first support member moves with the piston assembly on the outer circumferential surface of the curved cylinder body.
