A slide mechanism includes a rear cover, a front cover slidably attached to the rear cover, a resilient member for creating an elastic force to make the front cover slide relative to the rear cover, and an operating module. The resilient member is connected between the rear cover and the front cover. The operating module includes a first latching member rotatably connected to the rear cover, a tension spring, an operating member, and a second latching member fixed to the front cover. The operating member is sleeved by the tension spring and includes a pressing portion at an end for pressing the first latching member to rotate. The second latching member is latched with the first latching member after the first latching member is rotated by an elastic force created by the tension spring and unlatched with the latching member after the latching member is rotated by the operating member.

The elevating support includes a base member, a first rotatable module, a second rotatable module, and a third rotatable module. The second rotatable module is positioned opposite to the first rotatable module. The first and second rotatable modules are spaced by a predetermined distance, and rotate along a same direction relative to the base member. A hinge assembly includes a first connecting member, a second connecting member, a rotary member, an elastic member, and a limiting member. The rotary member includes a first pivot portion to engage with the first connecting member and a second pivot portion to engage with the second connecting member. The elastic member is disposed between the second connecting member and the rotary member. The limiting member is positioned on the second connecting member. A sidewall of one of the second pivot portion of the rotary member and the second connecting member defines a limiting structure. The limiting member is disposed on a sidewall of the other one of the second pivot portion of the rotary member and the second connecting member. The limiting member slidably engages with the limiting structure.

A hinge assembly includes a first rotating module and a second rotating module. The first rotating module includes a frame and a pivot mechanism positioned on the frame. The second rotating module includes a supporting body, a shaft, a rotating washer, a stationary washer, a resilient ring, and a nut. A first end of the shaft is fixed on the frame, and the supporting body, the rotating washer, the stationary washer, the resilient ring, and the nut are orderly sleeved on a second end, opposite to that of the first end, of the shaft. The nut fixes the supporting body, the rotating washer, the stationary washer, and the resilient rings to the shaft. The rotating washer and the stationary washer forms at least one protrusion and at least depression for receiving the at least one protrusion respectively. The pivotal shaft is configured to drive the stationary washer to rotate.
