A batteryless electric bicycle based operation method, computer program, and system are disclosed. The system includes a server device, at least one electricity-connecting detection device mounted on the electric bicycle, and at least one mobile electric power computation device carriable by a user, and application steps include the electricity-connecting detection device of the electric bicycle detecting the mobile electric power computation device forming electric connection therewith; registration data of the mobile electric power computation device and the electricity-connecting detection device being transmitted to the server device for authentication; the mobile electric power computation device being notified upon successful authentication to supply electricity to the electric bicycle to be used thereby; the electricity-connecting detection device detecting at least one operation parameter of the electric bicycle; transmitting the operation parameter to the server device and the mobile electric power computation device; and applying the operation parameter to accomplish an operation task.

Batteryless electric bicycle based operation method, computer program, and system

High frequency reading of position information is performed by a control module, and a torque and a rotation angle outputted from a motor are used, at small angle, for calculation of unit mechanical energy that is summed up in a summation operation unit to form a summed mechanical energy. All summed mechanical energies of a journey, and corresponding position information, are uploaded to the cloud for conversion into carbon emissions of the round of journey. The high frequency measurement and the summing-up operation make it possible to greatly increase the accuracy of mechanical energy outputted from a mobile vehicle in a journey, without causing faulty estimation of the carbon emission of each round of journey. Peripheral computation technology is adopted for reducing bandwidth loading for uploading to the cloud and increasing the uploading speed to further reduce the loading of the cloud server for operation, storage, and processing data.

Motor mechanical energy based mobile vehicle carbon emission computation method

A two-stage speed-change output device includes a main axle, on which a motor assembly and first and second speed-change assemblies are mounted. The first and second speed-change assemblies are mounted inside an output shell by first and second one-way clutching elements, both operating in a forward direction. The motor assembly is operable to rotate backward to drive the first one-way clutching element to drive the output shell to rotate in the forward direction, while the second one-way clutching element idles. The motor assembly is also operable to rotate forward to drive the second one-way clutching element to drive the output shell to rotate in the forward direction, while the first one-way clutching element idles. The device realizes speed change for two stages to drive the output shell in the same direction with forward and backward rotations of the motor assembly.

Two-stage speed-change output device and electric vehicle using same

Disclosed are a carbon coin trading system and a method thereof. The trading management host device acquires, by means of a declaration calculation module, a declaration of alternatives, so that the declaration calculation module calculates, according to the declaration of alternatives, a second carbon emission and further determined, through calculation, a valuable digital token to be granted and also, a carbon coin trading event is generated and recorded.

Carbon coin trading system and method thereof

A wiring frame, a motor stator, and a motor applying them are disclosed. The wiring frame is formed of an annular tray structure. A top surface of the wiring frame is formed, from inside to outside, with at least three guide channels that correspond, in number, to phases and are separated from each other. Further, the wiring frame includes a plurality of through holes, which communicate inside and outside, respectively formed in bottoms of the guide channels. As such, at least three conductive wires are allowed to extend through the through holes in the bottom of the wiring frame directly into the corresponding ones of the guide channels for winding, so as to ensure that the conductive wires of different phases are separated from each other to eliminate erroneous contact therebetween and thus enhance operation safety. The outside diameter and height of the wiring frame are reduced.

A three-stage speed-change mechanism includes a casing in an interior of which a drive assembly, an input assembly, and an output assembly are arranged. The input assembly includes a transmission shaft driven by the drive wheel. An initial transmission wheel is mounted no a middle section of the transmission shaft. A first speed-change assembly and a second speed-change assembly are respectively arranged on two sides of the initial transmission wheel. The output assembly includes an output shaft, which is provided with an initial driven wheel and first and second speed-change wheels respectively mating the initial transmission wheel and the first and second speed-change assemblies. The initial driven wheel and the first speed-change wheel are respectively mounted by a first one-way bearing and a second one-way bearing on the output shaft. As such, a three-stage speed-change function is realized.

Three-stage speed-change mechanism

A power-output torque detection mechanism includes an axle having two ends to which an input assembly and an output assembly drivable by the input assembly are respectively mounted. A torsion coupling assembly is arranged between the input assembly and the output assembly and the torsion coupling assembly is operable to detect a torque value that is transmitted out in a wired manner. As such, it is possible to fulfill fine and precise detection and transmission of a torque value, while avoiding distortion resulting from noise interference to allow subsequent input of assisting power to be more timely and more accurate. Further, the structure is effectively simplified to allow easy production and maintenance for further reducing overall cost.

Power-output torque detection mechanism

A mechanism includes a housing, a transmission axle arranged at a center of the housing, an internally toothed ring track fixed to an inner circumference of the housing, and a coaxial gear set arranged between the transmission axle and the internally toothed ring track. The coaxial gear set includes a sun gear, a planetary gear set, and an output member. The planetary gear set includes a first carrier frame and a second carrier frame rotatably arranged at two ends of the sun gear. Multiple planetary gears are rotatably arranged between the first and second carrier frames and around the sun gear. Each of the planetary gears is in meshing engagement with the output member. The coaxial gear set is made in a modularized form for subsequent assembly in an optional manner, so as to provide an efficacy of easing assembling and servicing operations.

Modularized coaxial gear set reduction mechanism

A clutch structure that includes a motor to directly drive a rotary disc of an actuation unit, and the actuation unit further directly act on a push unit, so as to achieve reduction of size. Further, the push unit has a spring holder that drives a push bracket to press against a clutching unit, and the push bracket and the clutching unit are rotatably in synchronization with each other and a group of balls is arranged between the push bracket and the spring holder, such that smooth rotation can be maintained even during the process of pressing to thereby effectively reduce pause and setback incurring in coupling and connection and also to efficiently establish a transmission clutching force to have the operability not affected by the delay.

Clutch structure

A structure includes a transmission axle rotatably mounted at a center of a housing. The transmission axle includes a sun gear mounted thereon. An internally-toothed ring track is fixed to an inner circumference of the housing. A planetary gear set is arranged between the sun gear and the internally-toothed ring track. The planetary gear set includes a plurality of stepped planetary gears arranged around the sun gear for self-spinning and orbiting around the sun gear. Each stepped planetary gear includes a first toothed portion meshing with both the sun gear and the internally-toothed ring track and a second toothed portion rotatable in unison with the first toothed portion. An output member is fit over the planetary gear set and includes an inner circumference formed with an internal toothed circumference meshing with the second toothed portion of each stepped planetary gear.

Short-axle-distance large-speed-ratio gear set structure

A coupling structure includes a shaft, a tube, and a connection assembly. An end of the shaft is formed with a plurality of axial insertion troughs extended in an axial direction and arranged in an alternate manner. The tube includes a penetration-axle hole formed in a center thereof and corresponding to the penetration-axle section of the shaft. A plurality of radial insertion troughs, in the form of a recessed surface, are formed in an inner circumferential surface of the penetration-axle hole of the tube. The connection assembly includes a coupling block that has an outer circumference formed with a plurality of radial insertion blocks corresponding to the radial insertion troughs of the tube and a plurality of axial insertion blocks corresponding to the axial insertion troughs of the shaft, so that a fastening member may be used to selectively fasten the coupling block between the shaft and the tube.

Coupling structure and modularized coaxial gear train reduction mechanism using same

A speed-change mechanism includes an output shaft on which a transmission module and a speed step-up module are mounted. The transmission module includes a driving roller that drives the output shaft in a single direction. The speed step-up module includes a connecting gear and a speed step-up gear that are rotatably and fixedly mounted to the output shaft, respectively, and a planet speed-change wheel assembly arranged therebetween. The speed step-up module includes an arrestor assembly. At a low speed, the planet speed-change wheel assembly is idling as being set in an orbiting motion and input power is suppled through the driving roller driving the output shaft in the single direction; and at a high speed, the arrestor assembly stops the orbiting motion of the planet speed-change wheel assembly to allow the speed-change gear of the planet speed-change wheel assembly to switch to a spinning motion to step up the speed.

Planetary speed-change mechanism

A speed changer includes a transmitting mechanism and at least one speed-increasing mechanism. The transmitting mechanism includes a primary sun gear mounted by a one-way bearing a fixed shaft. The primary sun gear is in mesh engagement with primary planetary gears rotatably mounted to an output frame and in mesh engagement with an inner circumference of a toothed ring. The speed-increasing mechanism is rotatably mounted by a tubular shaft to the fixed shaft. The tubular shaft is provided with a sun gear having a diameter smaller than the primary sun gear. Planetary gears in mesh engagement with the sun gear are rotatably mounted on the output frame and are combined with and synchronously rotatable with the primary planetary gears. The tubular shaft of the speed-increasing mechanism is provided with an arresting assembly to selectively stop rotation of the tubular shaft.

Structure of speed changer

A control device and a control method for equally charging and discharging battery units may prolong life of the battery units of the control device. The control method includes steps of: detecting the battery units to generate measuring parameters; calculating determining parameters; calculating an average value of the determining parameters; selecting one of the battery units according to an operating status of the battery units; calculating a setting parameter; setting a pause time; charging or discharging the selected battery unit after stopping charging or discharging the selected battery unit for the pause time. When the battery units are charged or discharged, an overcharged or over-discharged battery unit may be selected. The selected battery unit may be stopped charging or discharging for the pause time. Therefore, life of the battery units may be prolonged.
