A method for indicating channel state information CSI measurement and a communication apparatus. A network device indicates, to a terminal device by using first indication information, one or more frequency domain units in a downlink reference signal resource that are used by the terminal device to obtain CSI. The terminal device determines, based on the first indication information, which frequency domain units in the downlink reference signal resource are used to obtain the CSI, and perform measurement in the frequency domain unit to obtain the CSI. The network device flexibly configures CSI measurement based on a system status, to control obtaining of the CSI. This application provides a stiffener ring and a surface packaging assembly. The stiffener ring is configured to correct warpage of a substrate of the surface packaging assembly. The stiffener ring includes an annular stiffener ring body and an adjustment block that is disposed at a same layer as the stiffener ring body and that is fastened to at least one corner of the stiffener ring body. A coefficient of thermal expansion of the adjustment block is less than a coefficient of thermal expansion of the stiffener ring body. Coordination between the adjustment block and the stiffener ring body alleviates an 'M-shape' overpressure phenomenon of a warpage deformation caused by the stiffener ring to the substrate at a high temperature, reduces warpage of the substrate, and improves flatness of the surface packaging assembly.

The P weighting coefficients are determined by using the precoded reference signal. The P angle-delay pairs and the P weighting coefficients corresponding to the P angle-delay pairs are used to determine a precoding matrix. Each angle-delay pair includes one of the K angle vectors and one of the L delay vectors. The K angle vectors and the L delay vectors are determined based on uplink channel measurement.

The first indication information can then be sent.

Compatibilized blends comprising a first phase comprising a thermoplastic olefin polymer and a second phase comprising a crosslinked, thermoplastic polyurethane are provided. Disclosed is a halogen-free, flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition based on polypropylene and one or more thermoplastic elastomers with an organic nitrogen- and/or phosphorus-based intumescent flame retardant comprising a piperazine component. The composition is processed easily to make a wire and cable sheath exhibiting a balance of high flame retardancy, good flexibility, high wet electrical resistance and excellent heat deformation properties, and which passes the VW-I flame retardancy test, the UL1581 heat deformation test at 150&#xb0; C. and the wet electrical resistance test, and also exhibits good tensile and flexibility properties. Also disclosed is a wire and cable sheath made from the composition.

Halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic compositions for wire and cable applications

Halogen-free TPU compositions comprise in weight percent based on the weight of the composition: A. 1 to 99% thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), B. 1 to 50% tris(2-butoxyethyl)phosphate (TBEP), C. 1 to 70% metal hydrate, and D. 1 to 70% organic phosphate ester other than tris(2-butoxyethyl)phosphate. These compositions exhibit better smoke suppression as compared with conventional organic phosphate flame retardant TPU compositions such as those based on resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate) (RDP) and bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate) (BPADP) in the absence of TBEP.

The invention discloses composite materials, comprising an inorganic nonmetallic mineral as a support and a nanotitania layer loaded on the support, wherein the layer is comprised of a plurality of titania nanospheres, and the titania nanosphere is comprised of a plurality of nanotitania single particles. The invention also discloses composite materials further comprising one or more functional layers loaded on the nanotitania layer. The above composite materials may not only take advantage of the high refractive index and the high covering power of the nanotitania layer, but also make use of the good photocatalytic activity of the small single nanoparticles. Furthermore, the composite materials can be more readily coated by other functional layer(s) to prepare functionally strengthened or multi-functional composite materials. The invention also discloses methods for preparing the composite materials. The composite materials may be used as an additive with good compatibility in various industrial fields.
