Systems and methods for generating a shared collaborative channel for collaboration are provided. In particular, a computing device may receive a request, from an originating member of an organization, to create the shared collaborative channel, the request including an invitee to be added to the shared collaborative channel. In response to receipt of the request, the computing device may provision a substrate group by creating a container associate with the shared collaborative channel including a substrate database associated with the shared collaborative channel, generate an invitation including a custom link to the shared collaborative channel for the invitee, and determine whether the invitee belongs to an originating collaboration team associated with the originating member based on the substrate database. If the invitee belongs to the originating collaboration team, the computing device may further update the substrate group to add the invitee as a new member of the shared collaborative channel.

According to the method, the application for controlling the project can be started. The application can determine the operation mode by determining whether the current host device is the projector or a terminal device for controlling the projector. Once the operation mode of the application is determined, the method can control the projector based on the operation mode and via the application service operating on the projector. The application service can provide an interface for controlling a device driver of the projector.

In certain embodiments, a macrocell base station (BS), such as an LSAS BS, estimates its backhaul channels with a small-cell BS (e.g., a relay or repeater) by averaging multiple instances of a received pilot signal repeatedly transmitted by the small-cell BS. Since the macrocell and small-cell BSs are stationary, averaging the received pilot signal transmissions over time results in the zero-temporal-mean time-dependent component of each backhaul channel as well as zero-temporal-mean noise and interference signals from other wireless nodes to substantially cancel out, enabling the macrocell BS to relatively infrequently estimate a relatively time-invariant, dominant component for each backhaul channel. The macrocell BS uses the estimated dominant components to generate user-data-based downlink transmissions to the small-cell BS. In this way, the processing to estimate channel state information (CSI) data for the backhaul channels is greatly reduced compared to conventional techniques.

Core text associated with an advertisement is received from an advertiser, as is at least one attribute relevant to the advertiser and/or a user. Based upon the received attribute(s), it is determined whether customization of the core text is desired. If customization is desired, the core text is modified and presented in association with the advertisement. If customization is not desired, the core text is presented in association with the advertisement. In one embodiment, target advertisement placement information may also be utilized to determine whether customization of the core text is desired.

In one embodiment, an LSAS base station has a tree architecture including a central controller at the tree root, one or more intermediate levels of hubs forming tree branches, and an antenna module for each service antenna at a tree leaf. To calibrate an overall ratio characterizing differences between downlink and uplink channels between the central controller and each antenna module, neighbor-calibration procedures are calibrate neighbor ratios between parent nodes and their child nodes. Appropriate neighbor ratios are multiplied to generate overall ratios. To reduce time required to perform the neighbor-calibration procedures, odd and even phases are performed. In the odd phase, neighbor ratios are generated between parents in all odd levels and their children in even levels, and analogously for the even phase for even-level parents and odd-level children. Within each phase, independent parent-child pairs can be calibrated simultaneously.

Embodiments of the claimed subject matter provide methods and apparatuses for interference cancellation. One embodiment of a method includes estimating, for an antenna in an antenna array including a plurality of antennas, interference parameters using analog signals received at the antenna on each of a plurality of subcarriers. Each interference parameter is associated with one of a plurality of symbols transmitted to one of a plurality of users on one of the plurality of subcarriers. This embodiment also includes canceling interference from analog signals received by the antenna on the plurality of subcarriers using the estimated interference parameters.
