The present invention discloses a new dual polarized array waveguide antenna configured above a signal processing substrate and sequentially including an antenna array substrate, a coupling substrate and a waveguide body. The antenna array substrate includes a plurality of patches, each of which having a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion coupled to the signal processing substrate. The top surface of the coupling substrate includes a plurality of coupling pads corresponding to the patches, and each coupling pad is configured above an intersection area of the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion. The waveguide body includes a plurality of waveguide channels passing through the waveguide body and corresponding to the coupling pads. Each waveguide channel has a first ridge pair and a second ridge pair projecting from wall surfaces. Each of the first ridge pair and the second ridge pair has a tapered opening portion withdrawn toward the wall surface of the waveguide channel on an upper section of the waveguide channel. Accordingly, signal transmission quality is improved by the structural arrangement above.

Dual polarized array waveguide antenna

The present invention discloses a new single polarized array waveguide antenna adapted to be configured above a signal processing substrate, and including an antenna array substrate and a waveguide body. The antenna array substrate includes a plurality of antenna units, each of which having a coupling portion and an impedance matching portion. The waveguide body is configured above the antenna array substrate, and includes a plurality of waveguide channels passing through the waveguide body. Each waveguide channel has a first ridge and a second ridge projecting from wall surfaces and arranged opposite to each other. The first ridge has a first lower withdrawn edge on a lower section of the waveguide channel, and the second ridge has a second lower withdrawn edge on the lower section of the waveguide channel. The first lower withdrawn edge is distanced from the antenna array substrate by a first matching height, and the second lower withdrawn edge is distanced from the antenna array substrate by a second matching height, wherein the first matching height is different from the second matching height. Accordingly, signal transmission quality is improved by the structural arrangement above.

Single polarized array waveguide antenna

A ratchet wrench includes a head with a first room in which a ratchet wheel is rotatably received. A second room is defined in the inner periphery of the first room and a pawl is received in the second room. The pawl is biased by a resilient member in a recess defined in the inner periphery of the second room. A restriction member is located in the second room and has a first contact portion for contacting one end of the pawl, a second contact portion for contacting the engaging teeth of the pawl, and a contact corner for contacting the inside of the second recess. A gap between the first contact portion and the end of the pawl is 0 to 1 mm. The restriction member restricts the movement of the pawl in the second room.

A ratchet wretch includes a first recess, a second recess and a third recess. A ratchet wheel is rotatably located in the first recess and a pawl is located in the second recess. The pawl has a curved recess defined in the rear side thereof and a protrusion extending therefrom. A first face is defined between the protrusion and the curved recess. A second face is defined in the pawl and located away from the third recess. The rotatable unit comprises a rotatable member, a first hat and a resilient member. The rotatable unit has a circular rod pivotably connected to the third recess. The circular rod has a restriction slot and three top surfaces. One of the top surfaces contacts the second face to restrict the rotatable member from disengaging from the third recess. The first hat and the resilient member are located in the restriction slot.

Ratchet wrench

The present invention discloses a ratchetable open-ended wrench comprising wrench body and retractable jaw member. The wrench body comprises head with two opposite jaws and a receiving hole. The inner surface of the receiving hole has a sunken slot with an inner circular arc surface. The retractable jaw member is slidably mounted in the sunken slot and has two opposite sides, and one side is directing to the receiving hole and has a second engaging portion. The retractable jaw member and the head are against with an elastic member. The retractable jaw member is able to move from a first position to a second position in the sunken slot, and is able to limit a workpiece to rotate in the receiving hole when at the first position and to allow the workpiece to rotate in the receiving hole when at the second position.
