The biasing member provides a force to the slider. The push block is held in the guide member when the push block engages the hook portion, and the push block is ejected from the guide member by the biasing member when the push block disengages from the hook portion.

A flatness detector includes a positioning plate, a positioning assembly arranged on a top surface of the positioning plate, a dial indicator arranged on the positioning assembly, and a sliding block. The positioning assembly includes a first positioning rod and a second positioning rod perpendicularly coupled together and pin-jointed. The dial indicator includes a detecting post maintained as a plumb line by the positioning assembly. The sliding block defines a groove for conforming to the detecting post. A measurement value of the dial indicator is obtained when the groove of the sliding block is conformed to the detecting post.

A fixing apparatus for holding a circuit board in place includes a cover plate, a base for supporting the circuit board thereon, a connecting assembly for hinge-coupling a first end of the cover plate to the base, and a latching assembly for latching a second end of the cover plate to the base. A method for removing vapors generated by a processing device presenting reduced risk to human handlers includes placing a vapor removing device in a feed area of the processing device. The vapor removing device includes a connecting plate and at least one vapor removing element each connected to one surface of the connecting plate. The vapor removing device is lifted robotically from the feed area and placed into the processing device. Then, the vapor removing element directly removes vapors generated by the processing device when the processing device starts to work, the device being robotically taken out of the processing device and placed back in the feed area.

The piece of packing foam is sleeved on the at least one positioning post. The at least one suction hole suctions the piece of packing foam. A product positioning device includes a support, a first guide rail, a second guide rail, a support platform, a latching device, and a driving device. The first guide rail and the second guide rail are positioned on the support. The support platform is configured to receive a product to be positioned. The support platform is movable to an end of the first guide rail. The latching device is movable to a position holding the product to be positioned against the support platform. The driving device is movable to a position nearer the support platform. The driving device is further slidably engaged with the second guide rail. The driving device moves to the driving device position as the support platform moves to the end of the first guide rail, and the latching device moves to the latching device position as the driving device moves to the driving device position.

Positioning device

A label affixing machine includes a holder, a storing device, a storing device, a peeling device and a conveyer. The storing device, the peeling device and the conveyer are fixed in position on the holder. The picking device is coupled to the conveyer. The label includes a bottom board affixed under the label, the label affixing machine configured to affix the label on an object. The picking device is configured for picking the label. The peeling device includes a second fixing module fixed in position on the holder, a second moving module coupled to the second fixing module and a robotic arm fixed in position on the second moving module. The robotic arm is configured for clamping the bottom board and peeling the bottom board from the label. The conveyer moves the picking device and affixes the label on the object.

Label affixing machine

A screwdriver includes a screw rod including a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The screwdriver defines a screw slot on an external portion adjacent to the second end. The screwdriver further includes a screwdriver bit fixed to the first end of the screw rod, a resisting portion fixed to the second end of the screw rod, a handle placed over a portion of the screw rod adjacent to the second end. A movable element fixed to an inside wall of the handle and tightly closed to an inside surface of the screw slot, and an elastic element placed over the screw rod between the first end and the handle.

Screwdriver

An automatic film peeling machine for peeling a film adhered on a board, includes a workbench, a frame mounted on the workbench including a movable pushing block, a supporting plate mounted on the frame, a suction plate for locating the board on the supporting plate, and a peeling module. The peeling module includes a sliding member, a resisting member and a movable clamping member mounted on the sliding member. The clamping member includes a clamping portion with a plurality of vents. Air is blown out from the vents for rotating a movable un-adhered portion of the film into a space between the clamping portion and the resisting member. The clamping member is moved toward the resisting member for clamping the movable un-adhered portion. The pushing block is moved to push the sliding member away from the frame, for peeling the first film from the board.

Automatic film peeling machine and film peeling method

A supporting assembly includes a base, a rotatable member, an electromagnet, and a switch. The base includes a main body and a first connection member. The first connection member is made of magnetic material. The first connection member protrudes from the main body and defines a first hole. The rotatable member includes a supporting member and a first shaft. The first shaft protrudes from the supporting member and passes through the first hole, thereby allowing the rotatable member to be rotatably connected to the base. The electromagnet is arranged on the supporting member and adjacent to the first shaft. The switch is electrically coupled between an external power supply and the electromagnet, and establishes or cuts off electrical connection between the external power supply and the electromagnet when the switch is turned on or turned off.

Rotatable supporting assembly

A connector includes a female connector and a male connector. The female connector includes a first sidewall, two resisting members, and a number of first electrical terminals. Each resisting member includes a base plate. The base plates cooperate with the first sidewall to form a receiving space to receive the male connector. The first electrical terminals are received in the receiving space and secured to the base plates. The male connector includes a supporting plate, a first elastic, and a number of second electrical terminals. The supporting plate defines an inner first hollow portion. The first elastic is received in the first hollow portion and resists opposite inner surfaces of the supporting plate. The first elastic is configured to resile the supporting plate outwardly. The second electrical terminals are attached to opposite outer surfaces of the supporting plate and are configured to electrically contact the first electrical terminals.

Connector

An auxiliary device includes a base, two rotatable arms, and an elastic member. The two arms are rotatably connected to the base and each includes a mating surface that defines a recess. The recesses of the two arms cooperatively form a through hole when the mating surface is in contact with each other. The through hole includes, from top to bottom, a first tapered hole portion, an annular groove, a second tapered hole portion, and a round hole portion. The annular groove is used to receive a head of a screw, and the round hole portion has a lateral surface is used to contact a shank of the screw to keep the screw upright. The elastic member is arranged between the two rotatable arms and applies a pushing force to the two rotatable arms.

A hinge positioning apparatus includes a base, a first positioning unit, and a second positioning unit.
