Provided is a recognition method of 3D vein pattern including the following steps. A plurality of first light beams are emitted by a recognition device to a wrist of a user. A plurality of first reflected light beams from the wrist are received by the recognition device to form a first 3D vein pattern of the wrist. Differences between the first 3D vein pattern and a wrist vein pattern of a database are compared to identify an identity or a gesture of the user. A recognition device of 3D vein pattern is also provided.

A modular multiplication circuit includes a main operation circuit, a look-up table, and an addition unit. The main operation circuit updates a sum value and a carry value according to 2A corresponding to a first operation value A and m bits of a second operation value B currently under operation, m is a positive integer, i is from 0 to m&#x2212;1. The look-up table records values related to a modulus, and selects one of the values as a look-up table output value according to the sum value. The addition unit updates the sum value and the carry value according to the look-up table output value and outputs the updated sum value and the updated carry value to the main operation circuit. The modular multiplication circuit updates the sum value and the carry value in a recursive manner by using m different bits of the second operation value B.

A light health care system including a physiological sensing device, a processor, and a light source device is provided. The physiological sensing device is adapted to acquire physiological data of a user. The processor is coupled to the physiological sensing device, and the processor acquires at least one light parameter corresponding to the physiological data according to the physiological data. The light source device is coupled to the processor, and the light source device outputs a light beam according to the at least one light parameter, wherein a green light beam or a blue light beam in the light beam accounts for more than 40% of the light beam.
