The present invention presents an electronic device. The electronic device includes a socket and a supplementary antenna. The socket is disposed on the electronic device, wherein the socket includes an accommodating portion for accommodating an external wireless communication module inserted from the outside. The supplementary antenna is disposed in the electronic device, wherein when the wireless communication module is completely inserted into the accommodating portion, the main antenna of the wireless communication module and the supplementary antenna become electromagnetically coupled; and wherein when the wireless communication module is completely inserted into the accommodating portion, the electronic device transmits/receives wireless signals using the main antenna and the supplementary antenna together.

Electronic device, communication device, and antenna gain enhancement method for a detachable wireless communication module

A system-in-package (SiP) module is disclosed. The SiP module includes a substrate and a dam on the substrate. The dam defines a cavity. At least one chip is on the substrate inside the cavity. A printed circuit board (PCB) is bonded to the dam and covers the cavity. A thermal conductive sheet is in the cavity and is disposed between the chip and the PCB. The chip is in thermal contact with the PCB through the thermal conductive sheet. The disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing the SiP module.

System-in-package module and method for forming the same

A printed circuit board assembly is disclosed, including a printed circuit board including at least one opening, and a system in package assembly, wherein the system in package assembly includes a system in package module and a lead frame bonded to the system in package module. The lead frame includes a plurality of pins. The system in package assembly is embedded into the opening of the printed circuit board.

System in package assembly

The invention discloses a testing system and a testing method. The testing system includes a testing platform and a fetching device. The testing platform includes a metal base plate, a DUT board, a testing stand and a metal wall. The DUT board is disposed on the metal base plate. The testing stand is disposed on the DUT board. The metal wall is disposed on the metal base plate and surrounds the testing stand. The fetching device is movably disposed above the testing platform and used for placing a DUT on the testing stand. A metal covering plate of the fetching device corresponds to the metal wall of the testing platform. When the fetching device places the DUT on the testing stand, the metal covering plate cooperates with the metal wall and the metal base plate of the testing platform to form an isolated space, so as to isolate the DUT.

Testing system and testing method

A structure of light emitting diode (LED) wafer-level chip scale packaging (WL-CSP) is disclosed. The process of making the same is also provided in this invention. The LED CSP utilizes the through hole metal filling to enhance heat conduction between the LED die and its carrier substrate. The CSP structure is achieved by bonding pre-processed through-hole-filling carrier substrate against the flip-chip LED wafer.

An embedded chip package includes a substrate, a semiconductor structure, an encapsulating material layer and a plurality of conductive vias. Herein the substrate includes at least a dielectric layer and at least a patterned circuit layer disposed on the dielectric layer. The semiconductor structure is disposed on the substrate and has a plurality of electrical bonding pads, and the electrical bonding pads contact the dielectric layer. The encapsulating material layer is disposed on the substrate and around the semiconductor structure. In addition, a plurality of conductive vias is disposed in the substrate to electrically connect the patterned circuit layer to the electrical bonding pads.

Embedded chip package

An optoelectronic transmission module. In the optoelectronic transmission module, a light transmissive element has first and second ends and top and bottom surfaces, a circuit board transmits electrical signals and has first and second openings. The circuit board is conformably extended from the top surface of the light transmissive element to the bottom surface such that the first and second openings are aligned with the first and second ends respectively. Two light transducers, each having a light transmitter/detector optically aligned with one of the first and second ends of the light transmissive element, wherein the light transducers transmit/receive light signals through the light transmissive element and the light transmitter/detector thereof. Two electrical interconnections are disposed on the circuit board and neighbored with the two ends of the light transmissive element respectively to interconnect the electrical signals.
