A catalyst component (A) for olefin polymerization is prepared by contacting a solid component (a) containing magnesium, titanium, halogen and an internal electron donor compound with an organosilicon compound (b), wherein the organosilicon compound (b) is one or more selected from a Si&#x2014;H functional group containing chainlike polysiloxane (b1) represented by formula (I), a cyclic polysiloxane (b2) represented by formula (I) and a Si&#x2014;H functional group containing organosilicon compound (b3) represented by formula (I). In addition, a process for preparing the catalyst component and the corresponding catalyst is described. The catalyst component and its catalyst have high catalytic activity, good hydrogen response, and good stereospecificity, the catalyst can release its activity more evenly, and the obtained polymer has significantly increased bulk density. The definitions of Rto R, n and z in the formulae (I), (l) and (I) are as described in the specification. 

Catalyst component for olefin polymerization, preparation method therefor and catalyst thereof

Disclosed is a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component comprises a dialkoxy magnesium carrier, a titanium compound, and a product from an internal electron donor reacting in an inert solvent. The internal electron donor compound comprises a 2,3-di-non-linear-alkyl-2-cyano succinic acid diester compound as presented in formula I.

Solid catalyst component and catalyst for olefin polymerization

The invention relates to a catalyst component for olefin (co)polymerization, to preparation thereof, to a catalyst comprising the same, and to use thereof in olefin (co)polymerization. The catalyst component of the invention comprises magnesium, titanium, halogen, inner electron donor compound, and alkoxy group derived from a surface modifier, wherein the content of the alkoxy group derived from the surface modifier is in a range of from 0.01 to 3 percent by weight, based on the weight of the catalyst component.
