An integrated chair for selectively providing seating support and sleeping support is provided. The integrated chair comprises a mobile sleeping unit and a chair shell. The chair shell comprises: a pair of spaced, opposed, side walls, each side wall having at least a bottom edge, an inner surface and an outer surface; a back wall extending between the pair of side walls; and a pair of truncated arms, one of each of the pair of arms corresponding with a respective one of the pair of side walls, each extending inwardly from the inner surface of a corresponding side wall and having a lower edge that is distal and above the bottom edge of the corresponding side wall; wherein the inner surfaces of the side walls and the lower edge of the arms of the chair shell define a storage compartment sized to accommodate the mobile sleeping unit when the mobile sleeping unit is in the closed position.

A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. Each string is joined to at least one adjacent string. Each string has first and second opposed plies of fabric and a plurality of pockets formed along a length of the string by transverse seams joining the plies. At least one spring is positioned in each of the pockets. The water permeable fabric used to make at least some strings comprises warp knit polyester fabric.

Outdoor cushion with pocketed spring interior

A furniture cushion comprises a matrix of pocketed springs, each spring of which is contained within a pocket of fabric. Foam at least partially surrounds the matrix and is secured to a cushion frame. The foam is bowed upwardly over the matrix of pocketed springs to create a crown. A webbing sheet underneath an opening in the cushion frame creates a cavity inside which the matrix of pocketed springs resides. The flexibility of the webbing sheet and crown of the foam create an active suspension system which provides support and comfort.

Furniture cushion

A seating product is provided which includes a metal frame having four sides, at least two sides each including a plurality of frame holes. The seating product also includes an elastomeric sheet webbing having first and second end loops each including a plurality of end loop holes. The seating product further includes first and second stabilizer rods extending through the first and second end loops, respectively. The seating product also includes a plurality of fasteners having first and second ends, the first ends extending through corresponding end loop holes in one of the first end loop or the second end loop and the second ends extending through corresponding frame holes in the metal frame. At least one of the fasteners contacts the respective stabilizer rod.
