Medical compression garment with a special joint section for increased range of motion

A compression garment comprises an elongated stretchable sleeve () which is adapted to be worn over a body part and a compression part () connected to the elongated stretchable sleeve (). The garment has at least one closing part () for fixing the compression part () in a stretched state. Furthermore, the compression part () is shaped and sized to be wrapped around the circumference of the elongated stretchable sleeve (), wherein the compression part () is adapted for positioning proximate to an outer surface of the elongated stretchable sleeve ().

Compression garment for one-hand operation

A compression garment includes a spacer fabric part () with an inner layer () and an outer layer. The compression garment further includes a closing part () with at least one macroscopic hook (). If a user dons the compression garment, the spacer fabric part () and/or the closing part () has to be stretched to generate the compression force and the stretching is maintained by attaching the closing part () to the spacer fabric part () by hooking the at least one macroscopic hook () into the mesh of the outer layer of the spacer fabric part ().
