A transport unit for a packaging structure for a plurality of containers for substances for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic uses includes a tray with a plurality of seats for positioning the containers and a planar inlay part for covering the containers positioned in the seats of the tray. The inlay part is configured to cover the containers positioned in the seats and at the same time to be received completely in the tray, without protruding above an upper edge of the tray. A plurality of depressions corresponding to the seats of the tray are formed in the inlay part, in order to position the containers at their two ends lying opposite each other. A gap is formed at least partially between the inlay part, received in the tray, and side walls of the tray.

A holding structure for concurrently holding a plurality of containers for substances for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic applications includes a plurality of receptacles for receiving the containers therein at least in sections. The receptacles each have an open upper end for inserting the containers into the receptacles and a bottom end having a holding portion for limiting an axial movement of the containers in the receptacles. Guide portions are provided for guiding the containers as they are inserted into the receptacles. The guide portions are formed as guiding ribs extending in the longitudinal direction of the receptacles. Lead-in bevels are formed at upper ends of the guiding ribs which are inclined relative to the guiding ribs.

A transport structure for accommodating a plurality of vials for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic use under non-sterile conditions is formed by an accommodation member and by a bearing member releasably connected thereto. The accommodation member comprises a plurality of frustro-conical receptacles in a regular arrangement so that the vials can be accommodated upright and while preventing a direct contact between adjacent vials in the receptacles of the accommodation member. The transport structure comprises latching structures for releasable latching of the accommodation member with the bearing member. According to the disclosure, the receptacles are matched to the height of the vials in such a manner that the vials can be completely accommodated therein, wherein the bearing member is formed by a base plate having a flat supporting surface facing the receptacles, so that the vials can be freely displaced on the supporting surface of the base plate after releasing the latching and can be pushed from the bearing member by displacement of the accommodation member relative to the bearing member. The accommodation member and/or the bearing member can be formed in one piece by thermoforming a plastic material, in particular by deep-drawing a thin film or a thin film plate.

The present disclosure relates to a stemless shoulder prosthesis comprising a fixation device for fixing the prosthesis to a resected humerous bone, the fixation device comprising a base portion and anchoring means the base portion having a distal side adapted to contact a resection plane of the bone and a proximal side for carrying a humeral head. The anchoring means are connected to the distal side of the base portion and adapted to fix the prosthesis to the bone. The anchoring means define a central axis perpendicular to the distal side of the base portion and a free central space around the central axis.
