Stroller system with an expandable base

A stroller system including an expandable base and two frame members is discussed. The stroller system is configured for dual occupancy and provides an expandable cargo area to a user. The first and second seats coupled to their respective frame members may be modular in nature. The second seat may also include a bench seat with optional secondary support structures. The two frame members are configured to fold independently of one another. The mechanical apparatus of the dual occupancy stroller including locking and actuator mechanisms are discussed. Additionally, the mechanism by which the front frame member folds is discussed. The disclosed stroller is capable of simultaneously carrying multiple children with a cargo area that can be extended or retracted and can carry a heavy load. The stroller is able to easily fold to a stowed state.

Stroller with secondary seating

The present disclosure relates to a stroller with a secondary attachment mechanism to facilitate the attachment of various structures to the stroller. In one embodiment, the secondary attachment mechanism may comprise an infant car seat adapter. In another embodiment, the secondary attachment may comprise a basket. The present disclosure also relates to a basket for use in an expandable stroller system. The expandable stroller system comprises an expandable base. The basket attaches to the expandable stroller system and expands with the expandable base of the stroller system advantageously providing additional storage space.

Stroller with a secondary attachment

A stroller system including a rear suspension system comprising two springs is discussed. The stroller system is configured to withstand a variety of operating conditions including various terrain, speed and weight requirements. An embodiment of a stroller with a dual elastic suspension system is also discussed.

Stroller with a dual spring rear suspension

A stroller for carrying a child or child restraint system, that may comprise an additional storage area or child support system when expanded. The frames include a mechanism whereby the base of the frame is expanded rearward to create a storage space roughly behind the baby seat, and optionally where a top to the storage area folds up from the rear of the frame to complete the storage area. The stroller may include detachable wheels. The stroller may also include handles or push bars that may optionally include mechanisms to assist in expanding or contracting the storage area. The stroller may also be constructed so as to be collapsible for storage.

Stroller with telescopic and locking members

A stroller for carrying a user or multiple users may include a first and second front frame member for supporting a seat or seats and back support member, a first and second back frame member being detachably connected to the first and second front frame member, an expandable base member which connects between the first and second front frame member and the first and second back frame member. The expandable frame member may move between an extended and a retracted position to provide a storage area. The first and second back frame member may include handles, and the first and second front frame members may include an upper section and a lower section. The upper section may pivot with respect to the lower section, and the first and second back frame members may pivot with respect to the extendable base member. The first and second front frame members may pivot with respect to the extendable base member.
