A garment hanger with a hook either metal or plastic that moves between a substantially vertical position and a substantially horizontal position or also remains in a stationary upright position. The body of the hanger has arms that collapse and move between a substantially vertical position and a substantially horizontal position. Secondary 'locking' system on arms and bodies to ensure the arms remain in a horizontal position without folding unintentionally by being interlocked with each other in a manner that requires a user to manually release the interlocking through use of a lock releasing lever. This allows easier insertion or removal of hanger in closed neck garment. When both arms and hook are folded or collapsed this creates footprint reduction of hanger, creating space savings in packaging and transport. A size tab can be fitted to the hanger.

A sanitizer for sliding over and sanitizing an elongated member such as a shopping cart handle includes a main body including a bottom housing and a top housing selectively interlockable with each other and defining therebetween a tunnel having a cross-sectional dimension and a general shape that match a corresponding cross sectional dimension and a shape of the elongated member. The top housing has a chamber for holding therein a sanitizing fluid dispenser that is positioned to dispense a sanitizing fluid onto the elongated member. A wiping material is disposed along the tunnel in the main body, in a position and in a manner that enables wiping the sanitizing fluid onto the elongated member as the sanitizer is slid over the elongated member.

A top indicating means for a hanger having a metal hook includes two mounting portions and an indicator. Each of the mounting portions includes a base defining a curved channel, engagement structure to couple the mounting portions together, and preferably alignment structure for aligning the mounting portions relative to each other. Each of the mounting portions also includes an indicator support having a web and locking structure for locking the indicator on the web. In use, the mounting portions are positioned on either side of the upper portion of the metal hook of the hanger and locked together. The indicator is then pushed over the top of the adjacent web portions and locked thereon.

A locking sizer tab and garment hanger combination is provided in which locking fingers of the sizer tab cooperatively lock into respective cross-bars formed in the neck of the hanger to prevent removal of the sizer tab from the hanger.

A hanger for displaying garment-related information has a conventional hanger body and a hanger hook. The hanger body and hook are each provided with a prong extending therefrom and toward one another. A wedge-shaped or cylindrical information indicator is provided with holes in its ends for mating with the prongs of the hanger. The information indicator and hanger combine to form a hanger with a display element for easy viewing of information on the wedge when the hanger is positioned at a variety of different angles with respect to the eyes of the viewer. The information indicator can be used to display sizing information regarding the garment attached to the hanger, eliminating the need to look inside the garment for the garment's label.
