A system is provided that is accessible through a computer network and is used for collecting and tracking process capability data for manufacturers of parts. The recipient of the parts can input information on the characteristics of the parts that require process capability data into the system. The manufacturer of the parts can then access the system and enter process capability data relative to a specific part and characteristic. The system can then be used by both recipients and manufacturers to generate reports on the process capability status for all parts, processes, characteristics and manufacturers.

A system and method of using at least one computer to determine which requirements from a general requirements document apply to a specific situation. The invention includes providing a logic model for the general requirements document and receiving data relating to the specific situation. The collected data and the logic model are used to identify which requirements apply to the specific situation. Lastly, a listing of the identified requirements is output.

Damage in a blisk airfoil is machined away to create a notch. A repair is welded in the airfoil to fill the notch. The weld repair is then machined to restore the airfoil to a substantially original, pre-damaged configuration at the repair.
